Every so often you might get an extra day or two for free depending on the promotions so definitely keep an eye out for that. The shuttle service itself is very quick and takes you directly to where your car was dropped off at. As long as you don't lose that little card they give you with the parking spot. The easy tip option is nice as well when you don't have cash on hand to take care of the driver.

Time from parking to shuttle: 5 min. Shuttle ride from parking to airport: about 7 min. "That was too easy," we thought on the way out. "Surely on the way back it will be more of a hassle!" Nope! We called them once we had our bags, and they picked us up about 10 min later under the "off airport parking" sign. Time from shuttle to our own car: about 1 min. Can't get much better than that! We shared our shuttle with another family who said they've used SNAP like 30 times and have had consistently great experiences. We won't hesitate to use SNAP going forward for all our EWR parking needs!

We were so late we missed half of the game because we were sent on this wild goose chase. Meanwhile, I already paid to RESERVE a spot in the lot a block from the stadium. Every garage they sent us to was farther away and they still would not park us. Why would you offer the reservation at a specific lot if you're just going to give my spot away? We wasted so much time trying to use Edison.... I would never use again or recommend to anyone trying to make it to an event on time. Bad way to run a business. Very unprofessional.
