Every so often you might get an extra day or two for free depending on the promotions so definitely keep an eye out for that. The shuttle service itself is very quick and takes you directly to where your car was dropped off at. As long as you don't lose that little card they give you with the parking spot. We shared our shuttle with another family who said they've used SNAP like 30 times and have had consistently great experiences. I visited the online app to reserve my parking space so that I may visit the Prudential center for a graduation. The steep $40 parking was crazy but I understand there are not many places to park in the area. This location was directly across the street from the Prudential Center which is the home to the Devils Hockey Team. There are a few small lots in the area so I pulled in the wrong lot at first. They need better signage with the address on it. The staff was very friendly. When it was time to retrieve my car they did not make me wait long. I would definitely use them in the future.

One night in August, I got off of work to discover that my tire had gone flat during the day. In my attempt to change the tire, the wheel slipped, resulting in a nasty and deep rip into my hand, opening my thumb about an inch. I walked down to the office and asked the staff for a tool to help loosen the tire, and met Stephanie P. and Tyisha Brooks-F. They were angels. Not only did they have training in medicine, but they immediately used the office's first aid kit to staunch the blood flow from my hand, and called the service truck to drive me back to the car and assist with the car. They did not have to do any of that. They weren't required to do anything at all. But they did, because they felt it the right thing to do. I applaud them and the driver, John for all they did to turn a bad situation manageable! If everyone there at least smiled, I'd rate them well, but these three pushed the stars up high on my rating!

It's only half a block from NJPAC and three blocks from Prudential Center. Bonus is that especially after Prudential events, the location is much better to get out in traffic (then closer to the arena). Olu is the daytime Manager and he is fantastic.
