This place is Awesome! WE use it every time we fly from Newark

The whole experience was efficient. When I dropped the car off, they valet parked it and gave me detailed instructions to follow for pickup when I returned on the ticket. When I returned, I followed the instructions and texted the driver with the ticket number and terminal. He picked us up within 15 minutes and loaded the van with everyone's luggage then brought us back. I was expecting to have to dig out my car because of the blizzard that had delayed my flight, but instead the car was pristine, the windows and windshield had been cleaned off and the car was pulled up and ready to load about two spots away from where the van parked. The driver helped us with our luggage. The price and service were excellent especially considering the fact there was an unpredictable delay due to the weather and they had our car ready to drive when we were brought back to it. I will definitely use this service the next time I fly out of Newark airport. read more

Easy, friendly, fast, cheap. What more do you want out of the airport parking? Make sure you read your pick up instructions carefully, I went to the wrong level of the terminal at first. One means one read more

Never before have I been so disrespected on the phone and in person. Staff member was rude, denigrating, and even taunted me. Owner claimed he reviewed the recording of what the staff member did but clearly did not since his information was inaccurate. Highly recommend you avoid unless you plan to ruin the end of your trip. read more

When I picked up my minivan, there was a new 3 foot crack right in the middle of the front windshield. Surveillance video shows that the crack was not present when the car was dropped off. I asked the manager about redress for this, and was told to go take a hike. Management suggested that cold-weather was responsible for the crack, even though the van had been parked outside every day for the last eight years. They won't assist with a replacement window, and won't discuss rebate for the cost of the parking. Now I am out the cost of the front windshield, and the cost of parking. I would rather have left it on the street. read more

Excellent service! Drop off and check in was speedy and very friendly. Pick up service was outstanding which dealt made it 5 stars. Shuttle was there within minutes for pick up and my car was waiting when we arrived. Drivers were great both ways! I appreciate the great service after a log flight! read more

We had a group of 8 people in two cars. There was no problems with either the dropoff and courtesy ride to the airport or the return ride from the airport to pick up our vehicles. The courtesy van was prompt and transported our whole group and luggage to and from our terminal as expected. We had parked there for 9 days and the price was exceptional. We would definitely use this facility again. read more

Value Parking - Group in Canadian Rockies - Parking Near Me - Newark, New Jersey

Just got checked in and shuttled by Matt. He could not have been more helpful, respectful and efficient. I reserved a spot on their website for a good price. When I pulled up, he advised me to turn off my car, bring my key and check in. He asked for my last name, gave me a card with directions on pickup on return and quickly took my bags and drove me to my gate read more

Have used this service every time I parked at Newark but tonight am questioning if I will ever use again. Followed directions and called once I had my luggage and instead of going straight from there back to my car the driver doubled back to my terminal for someone who was supposed to be there when I was. After a long trip and wanting to get home an extra 15 minutes is not acceptable. read more

Reliable, inexpensive and prompt service for long term parking solution at EWR. Shuttle came as prompted. Car was ready when we arrived at the lot to retrieve. All the high ratings are appropriate. Would recommend to friends. read more

When I dropped my car off I was greeted by my name because I reserved a spot. Received immediate ride to the airport so for a great experience. read more

We've used Value Parking three (3) times in the past 2 months. Every time, the service is awesome and the employees are always helpful and polite. It seems like the shuttle runs continuously since we've never waited more than a few minutes for either pick up. We reserve our parking dates and pay online; nothing could be easier! read more

I have to say I am reluctant to leave my car anywhere when I fly due to bad experiences in the past, but value parking has totally changed my mind! If I were to fly from Newark again I would not hesitate to leave my car at value parking again. My fiancé and I left our new truck at their lot for 4 nights while we were on vacation and when we came back the truck was still in perfect condition (we did make sure to give it a once over before pulling off the lot). Not only was the truck safe and sound but getting to the airport and being picked up upon return was effortless. When you leave they give you a card with a number to call for pickup and directions and we were picked up in 5 minutes. And when we returned to the lot our truck was facing the exit ready to go and they did all the luggage loading for us, which is an extra perk when you are exhausted from traveling. This company does it right, they are close to the airport, affordable, courteous, and prompt!!! :) THANK YOU! read more

The employees are very fast and courteous. Dropped us off at the airport with 15mins of arriving to their facility. After returning from our vacation, we picked up our luggage, we called for pickup and the van was there within 1-2mins. The van picking us up at was heated (10 degree temps!) and the driver greeted us so that he could help with the luggage. Check out at the facility lasted all of 5mins since our car was ready and waiting for us. Total bill $50! It was headache free and totally worth every dollar. read more

Value parking: Great and reliable service, staff experienced and very friendly, we had not even wait 5 minutes to get on the shuttle on the way to and from the airport in Newark, they made this trip much more enjoyable by providing excellent coordination! Way to go Value parking! read more

I purchased the parking online. The process was easy and the website was easy to navigate. The location is near the other parking lots so it's not too bad to find. The drop off process was quick. I left the car by the entrance, checked in with my time and name, then there was a shuttle for me. The shuttle just came back from picking someone up from the airport, so I didn't have to wait at all. The pick up process was also easy and smooth. I called the number on my claim card, followed the direction to the waiting spot just across the entrance, then the shuttle was there in about five minutes just like they stated over the phone. By the time the shuttle got back, my car was ready waiting for me. Forgot to mentioned the price was cheaper than the other competing ones. I will definitely go with value parking again if I ever need long term parking at Newark. read more

I travel often for both business and pleasure. I have always used Value Parking and I couldn't be more pleased. A totally professional organization. Check in is easy with courteous counter service. The process is explained and complete. Upon my return, we follow directions on our invoice and pick up is fast and once again, professional. My car is waiting and ready for me to take off. The drivers have always been pleasant and go the extra mile to make certain your luggage is placed in the van and when we return, in my car. The drivers can sense the riders mood and engage in pleasant conversation if wanted!! They always wish us a good trip and ask about our trip when we return. I totally recommend value parking and wouldn't use another provider. read more

I was very pleased with the overall service! Extremely affordable and the shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was the guy at the counter named Jose. He was extremely rude and talked so unbelievably low that he was practically mumbling the entire time that I couldn't understand what he was saying to me. I thought maybe it was just because it was early in the morning that he wasn't awake, but he acted the same way when I came back to pick up my SUV at nighttime a few days later.. read more

Stellar experience front to back. They knew my name when I walked into the office for the first time after pre-paying online (knew the license plate) but it just made me feel so welcome. Also, they said the shuttle would take 10 mins to arrive, it was more like 3. Would thoroughly recommend. read more

I have parked here three times. My first two times were great: prompt service, close location, and very friendly staff. Tonight I had an evening flight and was stuck waiting over twenty minutes in the cold. A Value Park van drove up, let on a passenger who arrived after us, and said he was full and that another van was "2 minutes" behind him. Five minutes later with no second van, I called the office and was told that they knew we were waiting and that another can was "2 minutes" away. They finally arrived but in all we were outside for nearly 25 minutes. I guess "2 minutes" is a relative term, especially if you aren't the one waiting in the cold. I don't normally mind waiting but it has been a cold winter and if the office knew our van was full, they should have called me instead of sending that full van to tell us in person and then pick up another passenger anyway. Staff at the office offered a weak apology saying it was the fault of another passenger with a large party that filled the van. I see in another review that this has happened before. The professional thing to do is to take ownership of the mistake, establish a protocol for communicating clearly with your customers (group size, time until pickup), and offer a proper apology that doesn't shift blame to another customer. Based on my previous experience with Value Park, I am very disappointed by tonight's service. I liked this place before but I would not recommend them for evening flights or cold weather. read more

The overall experience of parking and getting delivered to the airport was good--they dropped me off at the airport on time, picked me up on time, no issues at all. My flight was delayed and I got back later than expected. No big deal. It was dark when I picked up my car... did a quick walk around, and drove 6 hours to get home. What I noticed upon returning and viewing my car in better lighting was three BIG noticeable scratches that were not there before. My car is brand new, four months old, and it was spotless when I dropped it off. I know for a fact that this happened in the time my car was out of my possession and with Value Parking. There was a scrape along the side where it looked like someone ran into concrete (I drive an SUV). Needless to say, lesson learned. I don't expect them to remedy the situation as they were clear on not taking responsibility for damage to cars, especially after the fact. This is a bit ridiculous though. Three scratches? That's negligent, especially when THEY are responsible for parking the car--not me! I won't be parking here again. read more

The best service! They are friendly and efficient. All you have to do is pull in, check in and you're on your way to the airport within 5 minutes. I used this company in January when it was freezing outside and they had my car warmed up waiting for me! Definitely the best lot in Newark. read more

Excellent parking facility! Arrived in the early morning. Our bags were transferred immediately to the shuttle, very quick and easy check-in and off to the airport. 4 min drive from lot to terminal. Pick up was easy. Clear instructions for pick up location. Called once we were at that location. Driver was longer than they told us but that was due to heavy traffic at the airport. Once we arrived back at the lot, our car was waiting for us, quick check out. Will definitely use again! read more

Can't miss using this business. From arrival to departure everything is on time. Have used them now for 5-6 times in the past 12 months and no issues what so ever. Pricing is great too. read more

This was an excellent experience. As soon as we dropped off our car, the shuttle took us to the airport, and the ride was only 5 minutes. When we got back, we called the shuttle, and it came within 10 minutes, and our car was ready to go as soon as we paid. read more

I love Value Parking! We have used their services the past three trips we've had and it has been excellent! While not fancy, the staff is friendly and helpful. We've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for a shuttle to the airport and they drop you off at your gate. But the best part is when they pick you up at your gate. It's so nice not to have to take the tram to a shuttle pick up that only comes on the half hour. They pick you up when you have your bags at your terminal. You can't beat it. Their price is reasonable and once I even paid extra and had them clean the inside of my car. It was lovely coming back to a freshly vacuumed vehicle. I highly recommend giving them a try!! read more

So easy! We arrived, checked in, and were right off to the airport. When we landed the shuttle was there within minutes! I would recommend their service to anyone who doesn't want to spend an insane amount of money for airport parking. Great staff too so friendly! read more

My plane arrived from Chicago yesterday around 3pm. Text Value parking at 3:10pm. The van arrived at 3:17pm. The driver help us with our bags and off we go. Arrived at value parking at 3:24pm. Our car was waiting for us at the counter. I pick up my key and off we go back home. Thanks Jim at the counter and the drivers. Jim, do we really have to input our home address when we make the reservation online. I really don't want people to know my home address when we are on vacation. read more

Just returned from a vacation. Booked online with Value and secured it with a small deposit. Found it easily using my GPS. Service was seamless. Friendly staff greeted us and we were off on the shuttle, approx. 7 minutes to the airport. On the return, followed the directions given and shuttle arrived 10 minutes after my call. Overall, excellent service. read more

Wow this by far exceeded my expectations. My mother travels often for work and told us to book this service for our upcoming long weekend trip. So glad I listened to her. This was so simple an inexpensive. I booked online. Showed up, hopped in the shuttle to the airport then hopped back to return. We didn't have to wait long and the guys were so friendly. They even started our car and put the seat heaters on for us! read more

Worst receptionist ever. When I checked in, the guy took all my keys and detached it from my keychains. He supposed to do detached ONLY car key and return all other keys and key chain to me. When I come back, only I got is car key and they lost my house key. Only the guy gave to me was an attitude " it's not my fault" . Worst service ever. I will never park here again!!! read more

On the day we travel it was quick transaction and we got a shuttle ride to our terminal. On our return back on the coldest day of winter we called and waited 5-10mins. I waited outside and my family waited in the covered area. Got on shuttle and was taking to the lot. We arrived and our car was warmed up and waiting for us. Will def use again. read more

We drove to Newark from Boston to fly to Orlando. We selected this Value Parking based on their revues. We were 100% satisfied!! The minute we drove into their lot, an attended greeted us and transferred our luggage into their shuttle. After a quick check in at the office we were on our way to the airport. Returning from Orlando, we followed the instructions on the parking ticket and called their office and in 7 minutes the shuttle was there to pick us up. Thank you Value Parking for your great service, keeping our family vehicle safe and having very reasonable daily fees!! read more

Great price, very easy and close to EWR. I highly recommend Value Parking. Arrived and within 3 minutes someone loaded our bags into the shuttle. I gave my keys and information to the front desk and they gave a card with information on what to do on arrival. It took about 5 minutes to get to EWR. When we arrived home we called when we had out bags and they were there to pick us up within 5 minutes. Based on service, price and ease I highly recommend them and will use again! read more

We weren't very confident when we parked our car at this long term parking lot. We were really thrown off by the area that it is in and the idea of leaving our keys to our car for 10 days, as it is valet. We were very pleased when we returned. Called from the airport and they quickly arrived to pick us up. Our car was waiting for us by the front office and doors and trunk were opened for us as we approached. Parking rates were very affordable!! Would definitely use them again! read more
