When I returned, I was told the fillings were done incorrectly and that they needed to be redone. That was extremely frustrating, but again, I trusted them. Fast forward about a year later -- I once again went in with no tooth pain, and once again I was told I had cavities that needed to be filled. After those fillings, I am now back in pain again, repeating the exact same cycle. It's concerning to me that I repeatedly come in without pain and leave with ongoing dental issues. At this point, I've lost confidence in the quality of care and the accuracy of their diagnoses. Dental work is expensive, invasive, and not something patients should have to redo due to mistakes. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Lots of waiting, so come with a fully charged phone. If you plan for the time frame, then the wait shouldn't be a problem. I believe it takes a while, because Dr. Feliciano is very thorough. He takes his time with each of his patients. He is a dentist who I 100% trust. He isn't just after getting your money or raising the costs with unnecessary procedures. He is very personable, he will write down details about you so that he can ask you at your next visit. Dr. Feliciano will also hand me a mirror to show me what he's referring to while explaining what I need. I find this to be really transparent. I've never had another dentist literally show me what they're doing or why. I've also noticed that when he has to use a needle to administer anesthesia he will simultaneously add pressure/wiggle to the surrounding area to make it less painful. It's a small gesture but it just shows that he cares. He's also very knowledgeable and if you really care to know he will explain in depth. His staff also sends updates via text so it's really convenient. They are also very friendly. I hands down recommend his office to anyone.

Each time it takes more than 2 hours for service. And that is with no major work needed. No fillings, no cavities. Just a cleaning with the hygienist and then a consult by the doctor. Every time I go they try and push additional items. Laser cleanings, which I deny every time. They keep asking for me to remove my wisdom teeth but I have no crowding or cavities. Just came this weekend had a appointment at 10:45am. Showed up as recommended and they did not get me seen until 11:30am. They take me in for x rays which I did not need. See the dentist, and he says we will get you set up for a cleaning. X-rays plus dentist took less than 5 minuets. At 11:52am they come back and tell me the hygienist is busy she will be there at in 30 min. At 12:57pm they come in and tell me I have no cleaning scheduled and they have no availability to meet me. I wasn't scheduled for service even though all I was scheduled for was a cleaning, because they told me I have to keep up my gum health with increased visits. DO NOT GO. VERY BAD DENTIST AND BAD PRACTICE.
