I have been a customer of Value Cleaners at 3510 Weber Street in Sarasota for more than five years, and I have always found them to be fair, professional, and customer-focused.
As someone who wears professional dress shirts every day, I spend approximately $35-$40 per week on dry cleaning. During all the years I have used their services, they have consistently done an excellent job. On the rare occasion that a shirt was damaged, they handled the situation responsibly and fairly, either reimbursing me for the shirt or providing a credit of equal or greater value. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
I have also had the pleasure of getting to know Vicki, one of their primary employees, and her service dog, T-Bo. Vicki is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and she helps make every visit a positive experience. Following the recent passing of her husband, it is easy to see how important T-Bo is in providing companionship, comfort, and support during a difficult time.
Over the years, I have always appreciated the special care and personal attention I receive from Vicki. She consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and appreciated. In today's world, that kind of genuine customer service is rare and deserves recognition.
I would highly recommend Value Cleaners to anyone looking for a dependable dry cleaner that stands behind its work, treats customers fairly, and provides outstanding service.
