They asked me a few questions about what kind of service I needed, told me the estimate was free and we were off. They set up a time at my convience. The day of my appointment, they called and texted me about 15 minutes before they arrived. In The text they gave me the technicians name and a little background on him. His picture also. Dylan arrived on time he looked very professional, was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He assessed the task and gave me an estimate in about ten minutes after he arrived. It took him about an hour or so to install my new toilet ( that I had already purchased before hand). The work was A1. Cleaned up after the work was done and took the old toilet with him also. As far as the value that I paid for the service, which I thought to be a little pricey, it was fair I guess. I would definitely use 1-800Plumber + Air again and would request Dylan to be my tech.

Glad I called them as they found the p-trap was rotted, the hot water line had no shutoff valve, nor did the water line for the fridge ice maker. Jim explained what needed to be done, I agreed, and they worked quickly and quietly, keeping the area clean. An hour later, it's all done and my kitchen looks like they were here, except for my new faucet and sprayer, along with beautiful pipe/fitting work on the lines under the sink. Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

I've heard lots of differing stories about whether it's safe to use drain cleaning materials on old pipes, I wasn't entirely sure what type of pipe we had, etc. Enter Dennis of Roto-Rooter. Dennis was extremely professional. He outlined each of the steps he would be performing and why he would be doing them. He explained to me exactly what was happening and did so professionally with a friendly attitude. After he had cleared out the bathroom drain cleaner than I'd ever seen it drain before, he threw in a cleaning of the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink! Not only did he then describe how to maintain the drains, he left us a bottle of the liquid drain protector, how and when to use it, and gave us some other tips as well. Dennis did an excellent and quick job. I have a hectic schedule, and Roto-Rooter was efficient and helpful in working around my schedule. They arrived quickly and on time and finished the job just as quickly and effectively. I believe I got the best "bang for my buck" with Roto-Rooter and would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

NOW I'm getting harassed to pay the bill (even though I did not sign the completion certificate), had to clean the wall, top of duct work, the wall and floor myself. What a waste of time and money. What a joke of a company!!! Wished I saw these reviews before I called them up.
