I was really worried it was going to be something major and that they'd have to cut into the ceiling to figure it out. But Greg checked everything out, and right away he knew what was going on. He was super knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Turns out it wasn't a major plumbing issue at all it was just some old caulking around the shower drain that had loosened up. He was confident, honest, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. Super easy fix and no mess. Really glad I called Dad's Plumbing, and I'll definitely reach out again if anything else comes up! Also, to those who works . Greg is super trustworthy. I couldn't even meet him in person, and he was totally fine handling everything over the phone and through video. He kept me in the loop the whole time and made the process really easy. I ask a lot of questions, and he was patient and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. That kind of service is hard to find these days! The photos are of the new doorbells Airstream installed for me last summer and it has already been a huge help along with the porch light in identifying and dealing with unexpected visitors (good and bad, mostly good). As for our HVAC we have had considerable work done on it over the past year, and at every step Airstream was honest, professional, and transparent with their pricing while respecting our budget and time. After the 2026 winter storm, we found that the system had been taxed significantly and Airstream has worked with us over the past few months to get it back into tip-top shape for the summer heat. Each time the work has been done efficiently and with minimal interference in our daily activities and minimal stress on our our pets. I can not recomend this company enough, and look forward to continuing to work with them.

To be honest, it's been a long time since I've been truly impressed by a service technician's work ethic and attention to detail. That changed when Ronald Edmonds came out to service our system. Ronald restored my faith in what exceptional customer service and craftsmanship look like. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work. He didn't just perform a routine maintenance check--he treated our system as if it were his own. He thoroughly inspected every component, explained what he was doing, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was operating at its best. What impressed me most was the care he put into every detail. He cleaned and serviced our 15-year-old unit so meticulously that it looked nearly brand new when he was finished. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to quality are rare qualities these days. I can't say enough good things about Ronald. Lee Company is fortunate to have someone who represents their organization with such pride and integrity. If you're lucky enough to have Ronald service your equipment, you'll quickly understand why he stands out.

Lee company did come in and fix but it took 13 visits from different contractors to finally correct the install and my walls. I asked for some compensation for all the extra time I had to be at home for the contractors to fix the problem caused by the company and one of the managers, John S., said they couldn't do what I was asking for since they didn't make any money off my job. Well if you would have installed properly and not had to fix the damage you might have made some money. I then asked for less and am still waiting for an answer 1.5 months later.
