I was really worried it was going to be something major and that they'd have to cut into the ceiling to figure it out. But Greg checked everything out, and right away he knew what was going on. He was super knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Turns out it wasn't a major plumbing issue at all it was just some old caulking around the shower drain that had loosened up. He was confident, honest, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. Super easy fix and no mess. When job was completed my beautiful bathtub hardware had been replaced with a totally inferior trim kit. I am going to include pictures of the terrible installation of their trim kit if possible.I called the office the next morning but no one could explain why my very expensive shower hardware had to be replaced. A leaky valve was the problem and that was also fixed. They did cut through the sheet rock, but of course said they would not be repairing that. Something that was never mentioned when the estimate was done. Now I am going to have to purchase the same trim kit (because it matches the faucet/handle on my sink). Looks like it going to cost an additional $400. I do NOT recommend this company.
