Bingo! Found it! The name of his company says it all! Honest? Yes. Explained things to me in a way I could understand since I have no knowledge about HVAC units. Told me options and explained his thought process behind it. My HVAC needed Freon. And it got what it needed. And now it is no longer in the 90° range inside the house. Another big perk is that he is a local from Mount Juliet. I really do like to support local businesses and this is one that I would use again if I needed. 17/10 recommend!

After the 2026 winter storm, we found that the system had been taxed significantly and Airstream has worked with us over the past few months to get it back into tip-top shape for the summer heat. To be honest, it's been a long time since I've been truly impressed by a service technician's work ethic and attention to detail. That changed when Ronald Edmonds came out to service our system. Ronald restored my faith in what exceptional customer service and craftsmanship look like. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work. He didn't just perform a routine maintenance check--he treated our system as if it were his own. He thoroughly inspected every component, explained what he was doing, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was operating at its best. What impressed me most was the care he put into every detail. He cleaned and serviced our 15-year-old unit so meticulously that it looked nearly brand new when he was finished. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to quality are rare qualities these days. I can't say enough good things about Ronald. Lee Company is fortunate to have someone who represents their organization with such pride and integrity. If you're lucky enough to have Ronald service your equipment, you'll quickly understand why he stands out.
