Not only were they able to quickly schedule the service call they also determined the duct work performed by the previous service companies had misdirected the duct work on the split unit. They performed the service and fixed the ductwork error allowing my HVAC to operate properly and reducing my electric bill. Tedder Company is the fourth company I have had to service my HVAC in the last 8 years. I feel certain they will be my HVAC service provider for a long, long time.
