They really did a great job for us all that time.... until we fostered and adopted an elderly (13yr old) dog from McKamey. We spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on lab tests to confirm what McKamey already had diagnosed was in the records .... Dog had an ear infection. RedBank could not figure out how to treat it, so they recommended a specialist for treatment (shocker another VCA business). They wanted to remove the ear canal of a 13 year old dog for $5K! The known side effects are defenses or death!! It seemed like a lot to put an old dog through. For some reason RedBank wanted to cash in on this poor ole buddy instead of helping him. Red Bank has SOLD OUT!!!!!! Yepp VCA owns them now, that explains all the nickel and dime redundant tests and services they push and charge you for for without approval. The once caring owner cashed out (good for him). Only wish he would have made an announcement and told all his customers and patients that billable services now come first. I went for a second opinion at Lighthouse Veterinary Allergy & Dermatology. They prescribed and mixed an ear drop that fixed it without surgery!!!) Thank you Light House for being honest, talented and caring!!! Bottom line if you love your animal and really want the best "non money" motivated care for them .... As a tiny Italian Greyhound, I mostly supervised from a safe distance, but the big dogs seemed to love it. For the humans, there are plenty of benches and seating areas throughout the park. You can grab a pint, relax, and watch the dogs play instead of standing around a typical dog park. They also offer treats, toys, and other dog goodies if your human feels like spoiling you. Dogba's verdict: Great place to socialize, stretch your legs, make new friends, and remind your human that dog parks are more fun when snacks and drinks are involved.

Unfortunately, since moving here I have lost my dog (cancer) and two cats (one from cancer and one from old age (20). They are always helpful, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. They always do their best to fit me in when I have a pet emergency. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone who has four legged children. Review of Dr. Ramirez…read more I recently brought my very sick cat to see Dr. Ramirez, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Despite how ill he was, she declined to provide any medication and instead focused on recommending additional products. She also told me that our second cat would likely become sick as well, which added even more stress. Over the next couple of days, my cat's condition worsened, so I took him to another veterinarian. They immediately diagnosed the issue and prescribed antibiotics, which he clearly needed. A couple of days later, our second cat also became sick and required antibiotics from the same vet. This second veterinarian even called twice to check on both of them--something I really appreciated. In comparison, I never received any follow-up from Dr. Ramirez. Based on my experience, I did not feel that my pets received the care or attention they needed. I feel i wasted $160.00 on someone who leaned on the wall to say you are not going to like what i am going to say, before she ever touched my cat. She cares more about the money!
