Ino is great at what he does and very honest when it comes to leak detection. He takes the time to thoroughly inspect the problem, clearly explains his findings, and never tries to sell you unnecessary work. They came out. Told me what they thought was wrong. Told me i have two weeks warranty. If i fix it in two weeks they will come check it out again. I paid them extra to fix what they thought was wrong. The problem still exists and they won't return my calls. read more

We spoke on the phone one time he said if I would like to hire him for his service it would be 400$ to find the leak if he didn't find it there would be no charge. I said okay let me ask my supervisor before I schedule you. I called him back and sent him several txt messages stating I would like him to come out. It's been weeks of trying to get in contact with the " owner" and " operator" of his business. So if anyone is interest in hiring this business for a leak detection I would I definitely pass this one up. I would definitely look into hiring an assistant to take calls and return messages. I know it can seem overwhelming at times to run your own business but this is sad and unexceptional. read more

I can't say enough great things about Ino at Valleywide Leak Detection. His tenacity, expertise, and good nature are unmatched. Over the course of several weeks, Ino stuck with my spa/pool issue, determined to find the source of the leak -- and he did! His persistence and professionalism made me a lifelong loyal customer. I've never met a service technician with more integrity and kindness. Ino truly goes the extra mile -- and then some -- to make sure the job is done right. Thanks to his hard work, I can finally sleep easy knowing my spa/pool is no longer leaking. Thank you, Ino. You're the best, my brother. I'm forever grateful! read more

We called Valleywide Leak Detection in early August to locate a leak in the pool fill line between the house the pool autofill. The leaking water was observed at the point furthest from the autofill valve. However, Robert from Valleywide identified the leak as originating at the pool autofill, which was about 30 feet from the edge of the slab where water was leaking. We hired a restoration service to repair the leak. Note that Valleywide could not provide a recommendation for a repair company. After opening the pool deck and exposing the piping around the autofill, no leak was observed. The restoration company we hired brought in their own equipment and located a leak about 3 feet from the edge of the slab were leaking water was observed. When that portion of the slab was opened, a leak was clearly visible. The cost of the unnecessary opening of the pool deck was $2,000 and the cost of Valleywide's misidentified leak was $300. When the pool deck was opened and I did call Valley wide to see if they wanted to try to locate the actual leak, they said they could be there the following week and it would cost $100 because it was beyond the 30-day warranty period. I said no thank you. So much for the same day service guarantee on their web site. This company may have been good at one time, but I think something has changed. Their incompetence cost me $2,300. read more

We called Valleywide to investigate a pool leak. Over multiple trips Robert conducted serial bucket tests, dye egress testing and pressure testing of fittings. Robert went over the pool with an expert eye and identified a hairline shell crack that was responsible for the leak. Good work, Robert. See the photos of the shell repair in progress. read more

After having our pool and spa replastered we discovered our spa was leaking. After much frustration and expense of trying to troubleshoot the problem with our equipment we were recommended by the company that services our weekly pool maintenance to call Valleywide Leak Detection. I called and left a message, my call was returned in about 2 hours. They arranged for Robert the technician to come out the following day. He was prompt on the time promised and went right to work. He had a difficult time but after about 1.5 hours he detected the location of the leak. We were distraught that it was not going to be a simple fix and would require them to cut and jack hammer into our newly resurfaced pool deck. Robert said they could do the job and gave us a competitive quote to complete the job. He reassured us that they will be careful when cutting and that it's typical for pools to have cuts in the decking due to leaks. In reading a few reviews with lack of responses, we were a little skeptical that we would get ghosted. What we understood when they were here is they don't monkey around on their phones while on the job site, returning messages and answering their phones. They were fully focused on the job at hand while on site. Anyway Robert scheduled to come out with a small crew a few days later. Again arrived promptly on time as promised and did a double check of the leak location just to be sure before they started cutting into the decking. The entire job from start to finish took about 5 hours. They cleaned up after they were done. Explained in detail on the work performed and gave a 1 year warranty. It's been 8 hours since we filled our spa after the leak was fixed and are happy to report so far that we have NO leaks. If you need a leak detection and work performed to complete the job, I would not hesitate to give them a call. read more

Not sure how this company has such great reviews. They came out and did a quick inspection for $350 and basically blamed the pool stucco. My pool guy was highly suspicious that the plumbing line had an issue and wanted to discuss with them about why they didn't do a pressure test on the plumbing. But after they got paid Ino and Robert completely ghosted us. I probably left 10 voicemails and texts and even told them I would be forced to leave a negative review - no response. Even my pool maintenance guy who recommended them says he'll never use them again. read more

The team at Valleywide Leak Detection are real pros. I called them to help me isolate a leak I knew existed but could not find. Robert, my technician, was out within a few days of calling and found the problem quickly. He walked me through the solution and gave me all the advice I needed to do the job myself. He then tolerated my barrage of general questions about my pool setup and patiently helped me understand everything I was curious about. Coincidentally, I ran into another issue shortly after Robert was out. On a whim I called and asked if they would be willing to give me a little advice on the issue since I had just paid for their services. Eino (sp?), the owner, took the time to actually come back to my property and walk me through my options. If your pool is leaking, these guys are a great place to go when you need an expert. Easily some of the best money I have ever spent for handyman type services. read more

We were notified from City of Henderson that we used 80K gallons of water in one month, we had a leak somewhere. I had a plumbing company come out twice and had the meter replaced. No one could find the leak. I called Valley wide and they were so professional and scheduled me that week. Ino the owner came out and ran several tests. He found the leak, found two problems with my system and we had everything repaired in two days. I've lived in Las Vegas 24 years, have used several companies for various needs, I have to say this is the best company I've ever used. He was so honest, showed me all the problem areas and everything is finally repaired. I'm telling the world about this company. If you have a leak they will find it! read more

This company identified an issue with out pool/spa that several others couldn't. They had to come out 3 times to accurately find the problem without proposing additional charges or ignoring our requests for testing. They were also less expensive than other companies we contacted. Although it took long to get a response at times, probably due to it being during the busy season, we appreciated their efforts and we will consider using them in the future. read more

I called different Leak Companies. This is the only one that could help me tomorrow. They were one time and reliable. The Tech was very nice and informative. They found my leak when others could not. Ino (the owner) is the best - responsive, professional, thorough, reasonable and honest. We have a pool with all the bells and whistles - solar, in-floor cleaner system, pebble tec, water features, etc. Ino had a 2 step approach; however, he first offered some tips on validating that my pool was experiencing more that evaporation (steps that might have resulted in his not being engaged). Using Ino's approach and a little math, I was able to determine that I was losing about 70-80 gallons per day (above/beyond evaporation). Ino scheduled my inspection and performed an exhaustive set of pressurized and dye tests on everything except the in-floor system (which would be a separate charge). Ino isolated the source(s) of leaks and offered a 30 day warranty (i.e., follow-up if pool still leaking after fixes). My repairs required a specialized contractor so, after that work was performed, I retested the pool and determined that I still had a leak (much smaller but still significant). Ino provided another set of tests (for me to run) to help me determine whether the source was the in-floor system (a separate charge/set of tests), the pool shell or gunite (nothing short mega bucks to repair), and/or the primary areas already tested. These tests (fortunately) determined that the smaller leak was coming from one of the areas already tested. Ino returned (at no charge) and retested "everything". We learned that one of the contracted repairs (sealing up a light wiring feed tube) had a small gap / hole but clearly and visibly explained the continued albeit smaller water loss. Fortunately, my pool repair guy (the sub-contractor) also conducts business with as much integrity as Ino. read more

Unfortunately I have to re review this company. They started out absolutely wonderful found and fixed the leak in my pool and started to work on the leak in my spa. Ino had asked me to find someone who was able to take off the jet heads so he could find the leak. I found a man willing to help me and we tried to contact Ino numerous times by text by phone call and he just dropped me I was never able to get hold of him again. So unfortunately I can no longer recommend this company. read more

When I gave them a call I spoke with Ino who confirmed that the leak detection can be performed inside or outside my home, and he was able to get me a quick appointment. A technician named Robert came to my house to perform the leak detection using a sonar device, he came on time and didn't waste any time doing what he needed to do. His boss even came over the next day to double-check the area the leak was supposed to be. Having them come over was a huge help for us since we can fix the leak ourselves but were having trouble finding it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a leak detection conducted. read more

With all I've been through over the last few months with my pool, at this point I feel like I am practically an expert in leak detection and pool repair, and I really cannot recommend Ino and Valleywide Leak Detection highly enough! After purchasing a home last Summer, we found out pretty quickly that our pool was leaking. After American Leak Detection and Nevada Leak Detection were unable to find ANY leaks over multiple visits, I contacted Valleywide Leak Detection feeling totally defeated. Luckily Ino showed up and he found our leaks easily! Not only that, but he is completely professional and really wants to help you. He answers and responds to calls/texts, and he has actually been to my property four times now. He has even been patient with me while trying to get the initial leak detection paid through my insurance. If you have a leak and don't know where it is, call Valleywide Leak Detection and they will get to the bottom of it! read more

Great pool leak help. I called many places and was met by annoyance and attitude trying to explain my pool leak. Some places tried to charge me $700+. Highly recommend in a area that is hard to find good people. Pinnacle pools also great job fixing the leak at a reasonable price. read more

I would highly recommend Valleywide Leak Detection. Our technician Robert was extremely knowledgable and explained everything clearly. He spent a lot of time and checked our pool and spa for leaks, when we thought we had one. He brought to our attention valve position concerns that were causing flow issues. I had a great experience with Valleywide. I discovered a leak which I thought was from my newly refinished swimming pool. I personally looked for the leak, as did a plumber. We could not find it, my anxiety levels rose as I imagined having to redo my pool a second time. I called Valleywide. Despite being heavily booked he made time to come to my home. He was extremely courteous and very thorough. It took him no longer than 20 minutes to find the leak!!! To my relief it was not the pool, but in an area that was accessible. I was able to get it repaired myself. However he was willing and able to jackhammer the patio and fix the leak and repour concrete. I am sure he would have done a great job if I had needed to use his services. Also the cost was very reasonable. read more

Steve came out, "tested" the pool. Said where the leak was, in the skimmer where the water goes in. We paid $200. Steve said they would send an estimate, to fix it. Never did. Can't get them to call back. I believe this company is running a scam. They come out, make up a reason for the leak, charge you $200 and go on their way. I'm going to report them as such. I, completely, understand the review from the customer in July. read more

Ino came out to a property I have listed and had great people skills and service skills. He was timely and professional. He spent about 30 min doing his leak detection work and had pinpointed the trouble area. At one point while he was doing his work, a plumber came in and laughed and said he knew what the problem was and leak detection was a waste of time...so I'm a little out of my element here, but I'm a good read on people and I trusted Ino. I could tell he has integrity. It helped that he didn't smell of booze like the plumber did! Ha! Anyway...not only did Ino locate the trouble spot, he repaired it. And he saved my client over a thousand dollars. I couldn't be more pleased with him or his work. Thank you so much! read more

Ino came out exactly on promised schedule, found the leak within 10 min, and was super prof & knowing about all things leak related. He will have all my future biz, as well as I am recommending him to all my Real Estate friends - the companies that were suggested by them wanted $200 just to show up, and access to my CC for any charges they deemed necessary without authorization! So be careful, there are many unsavory leak detec companies in Vegas - look no further, Ino is your guy! read more

Ino was very kind and got to the root of the problem (I hope). The only problem is the cost... it was $200 for the initial evaluation and $650 to dig up in the dirt one small pipe with a puncture wound and cut it out to replace. I'm no plumber but I could have done the repairs in an hour or two. They do good work and of course there is skill involved to know all about this pool equipment stuff, but the $850 for all of this was a little ridiculous, there was only about two hours of work done. read more

The water company sent me a notice that I had a continuous flow leak somewhere on my property. I went out and checked my meter. Sure enough the meter was moving very, very slowly. I was able to determine that the leak was not coming from toilets or anywhere else in my house. That meant it was probably somewhere outside, likely in the main. I called Valleywide and they came out right at the time they said they would be there. Ino, the owner, came with an assistant. I told them that I was confident that the leak was outside, but they went ahead and checked all the faucets and water lines in my house, just to make sure. Sure enough, they verified the leak was not in the house. They next went all around the house, checking irrigation lines, etc. The last step was to check the main water line from the meter to the house. They brought out the big guns with their highly sensitive listening equipment. They methodically went through the front yard listening. Soon, they came across a sound that signaled a leak. They keyed on it going back and forth to determine if they were right on it or just close to it. Eventually, they determined where the leak was - right at the edge of my lawn and the sidewalk. Ino said it was either right in the grass or just under the side walk. They marked the spot and I was charged $225 for finding the leak. They also gave me a price to repair it and said I could also search out other companies to repair the leak. I had a friend who is experienced in these types of repairs, so I had him do it. Now for the reason I am writing this review: My friend and I dug up the lawn next to the sidewalk. When we got about 24 inches down, we found the water line right next to the sewer drain. I was surprised that there was no mud or any real evidence of a leak. But when I turned on the water line ever so slightly, there it was. A small pinhole leak. The water company was right - I had a leak. But more importantly, Ino was right. The leak was right where he said it was. If you think you have a leak, call Valleywide. They will find exactly where it is. read more
