Unprofessional, left a mess, scuffed my walls and ceiling, dirty, clumps of caulk, yellow caulking, leak through my ceiling. Really unbelievable! The shower head had to be replaced three times due to leaks. Six times they had to come to fix different things and THREE different crews. All subcontractors. All showed up whenever they wanted. Complaining to ME that they had to drive 3-5 hours when that is not my fault! They showed little to NO empathy for our inconveniences. I could go on.... So unfortunate because we were so exited and this costed us thousands.

We needed our window much sooner than that! Joe was able to schedule an appointment for us within five weeks of the quote. Awesome! What really sold us on All About Windows though was Joe and his son. They are a family run business and you can tell that they take great pride in what they do. They were honest, professional, trustworthy and in the end they did a great job installing our windows! They completed our entire upstairs in less than 8 hours. I can't say enough about their work.
