We love Audra Hill and Gail Gray Home! I met Audra back in October...we had just purchased a new…read morehome in the summer and were really overwhelmed by decorating decisions. Too many empty rooms & furniture from our old home didn't seem to fit. Audra came to our home to take measurements and get a feel for what we liked and what we wanted to do. With all the expenses of a new home, the last thing we wanted to do was sink a ton of money into new furniture, but Audra was sure that she could make our current furniture work - just needed to move a few pieces around and order a few new pieces to finishing filling the rooms and get that cozy feel that we wanted. About two weeks later, we met her at Gail Gray to go over the design plan. We knew that we had a lot more house than we had money, so we'd have to pick and choose what work we wanted to do up front. Audra broke it out into multiple quotes to that we could see room by room impact, which helped a lot. We ended up ordering an ottoman, two arm chairs, a few throw pillows and a dining set, while still staying within budget! Her ideas gave me a few of my own for some finishing touches that I could scout out (I did some flash sales and clearance rack shopping) and keep our costs down. Now I have a beautiful family room & dining room that I'm happy with, and have the stage set for finishing a few other rooms once we're ready. The rest of the staff at Gail Gray has been great...all of the folks in the store have been friendly, and Debbie has helped us get our payments made and deliveries scheduled. Their delivery service is 3rd party but friendly & careful. Audra did a great job turning our ideas and wishes into a plan that fit our budget and our style. We'd highly recommend her. I would have thought that Gail Gray would have been outside our budget but they have a wide range of options for you to consider.

I paid a similar amount for another company's recliner three years ago and it looks like it's ready for the dump. So we headed to La-Z-Boy to investigate a new sofa set for our place. We found a great variety of styles and fabrics available with delivery times of 8 weeks or less. The sales gal who approached us was friendly but not overtly pushy; she took our info but only called once to see if she could help us with anything. We'll definitely consider La-Z-Boy when we are ready to purchase. Only downfall of this location is parking; the lot's a bit tight.

When I inquired about it, I was told that it was just going to be lighter at home and I am apparently wrong about it being a different fabric. If you order from them, I recommend only ordering a couch fabric that you can see on a couch in the store. In the photos - I ordered the fabric on the right, if it is the correct fabric then it is way more white than I possibly imagined. Anyways, I ended up with a bright white couch.
