He came…read moreover to check everything out right away, and then said that he would send a proposal with the Estimate. And that is when we waited, and waited the first time. My husband texted him a few times, to make sure he had the correct email address. When that didn't work, I texted him and then finally found an email for him and sent a sternly worded email to him. Finally I was able to get an answer back, and after a little bit longer had gotten the proposal. We had to send it to our landlords for approval, and once we had that we sent it back to John to get things moving. That was sometime around July I believe. I did understand that he was working on other projects, and tried to respect that. So I didn't overload him with messages or emails. But when sometime went by, and we hadn't heard anything. I sent I believe two more emails to him asking when we can finally get our stuff done as we did everything he had asked. And we have heard nothing from him, it is 11-20-25 today. I think I sent the last email in beginning of Oct. And nothing, nothing at all. He apparently I have figured decided not to help us, and just forgot to let us know. All I can figure is our project was too small, not as exciting I am sure as other projects he might get. If you need something done quick, and not too complicated don't bother with him. He doesn't communicate, and he doesn't bother to tell you when he has decided not to handle your project taking months out of your time in which you could have been reaching out to someone else to help you.

Joe was our Senior Project Manager and Chad was our project foreman. Both of them were extremely friendly, caring and understanding and they have an INCREDIBLE team of hardworking, friendly guys. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). They were so careful, especially, with our barn because of our horses. They made sure no debris or nails fell into their paddock and they made sure to not only do the job right, but quickly on the side facing the paddock. We couldn't believe they completed both of our main roofs in one day and when they left, it was like they weren't here with how much care they took to clean up after themselves. Tarps were laid out and they walked around both the barn and house multiple times with their magnet rollers, to ensure they don't miss any nails. I hired Mike & Angel to repair the front porch/deck of my grandfather's home that I inherited, along with repairs to a deteriorating chimney. The price for the work was very reasonable and well below some other numbers that I heard thrown around. Bulk of the work was done in one day, with touch ups and such done the following day as they lost daylight (which is completely understandable). In choosing a gutter cleaner I had found that some providers wanted to charge a premium for the number of trees that surround my house. Neal LaBuda didn't - made me pause and look into his company and its reputation. I hope you do the same. You'll find, as I did, a small business owner/operator who lives in the same area I do. I talked with Neal and liked what I heard. I expect you will too. Our gutters were leaking and not draining well, even after being cleaned and attached with gutter guards. On top of that we also noticed a couple of troubling spots on the roof as well. After reading reviews about Neil Labuda we decided to give him a try. He came for a consultation right away and gave us an estimate; we decided to go with him even though we didn't ask for a second opinion-- we liked what he had to offer. He is very professional in his presentation and explained all the pros and cons of everything very clearly. We signed the contract and had a beginning date set. Due to the weather (not his fault) we had to start later on. The task was to change all the gutters and to repair the roof of a 3000sqf ranch house. Estimated time to completion was around 5 to 7 days, he made it in 4! He worked most of the time alone (with the exception of one day), but very efficiently, and hard. He hardly took a lunch break. He came every day around 7 am and went all the way to 5 pm. The result: The look is great, I should write in the future regarding the functionality, but it really looks amazing. He gives a 10-year warranty for the the gutters and a good warranty for the roof repairs as well. He cleaned very well when the job was done even rolling a giant magnet in case any screws or nails were left on the ground. The price: it wasn't cheap and honestly we do not know how market-fair it was since is the first time we deal with this, however the job was done right. He was very honest and even gave us a break for extra repairs he had to do on the roof, which we really appreciate since we are struggling a bit with so many repairs we have to do. Conclusion: He is knowledgable, trust-worthy, and very professional.
