The car that we were using was in the process of breaking down, but, luckily, we quickly researched to find that Valley Honda was a couple of miles away. Praying with all of our hearts, we were able to make it to the location. I am unsure if Ms. Jenna S. still works there, but I just have to say that she just made our experience so amazing, from beginning to end. With such an unfortunate turn on our luck, she was able to check-in with us and made sure that we were taken care of throughout the whole process. She went through all the services we needed, explained everything in great detail, and answered each and every one of our questions. She was honest, extremely transparent, and even hooked us up with a courtesy car due to the longer service time. There was also no rush in getting back to the dealership, as we were kept posted in terms of the ETA; we were still able to do what we initially set out to do, without wasting too much time. Ms. Jenna S. really made such a difference - usually, you hear horror stories from dealerships and the service department, but she really was a beacon of hope, love, and everything above! Thank you so much, Ms.Jenna - you are the bomb diggity, and we are ever so grateful! +ask for Ms. Jenna S.! +great service

I have a super nice 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited with Navigation. It has 107000 miles and runs Excellent. They came back and said all they would give was $7500.00 for it on trade. That is a total insult and yes, I told them. I also said they were crazy and plain stupid to think I would let it go for nothing. So, if you are looking for a vehicle DO NOT go to or near the CAMA Dealers. Them and the Steven dealers in Harrisonburg have to be to be the very utmost worst car crooks there ever are and were. I also told them I will NEVER come back to them for anything, Period.

Obviously we would have preferred if nothing went wrong with our car in the first place (which wasn't purchased here).  But, all things considered, we consider ourselves fortunate to find this dealership in our vicinity when the problems arose.  Very happy with our experience with this dealership.

At CMA's Valley Subaru in Staunton, VA, we not only found the Forester to have the optimal clearance and height and all-around accessibility, but also recognized this dealership took our needs to heart. Sales specialist Remy Duguet was well-versed in Subaru's reliability and safety record. Given his knowledge of each model's specs, he made it easier to decide which best met our needs, going out of his way time and again to ensure the Forester would work for us. He was responsible and followed up at every turn. We highly recommend Remy and believe he reflects the Subaru culture and values as does the dealership. This has been a very positive car purchase and trade-in experience.

My mother's relatively new Buick under extended warranty from GMC was towed here when it was having…read moreissues starting. The warranty company requires it go to a licensed GMC/Buick dealer and this is closer than towing to Roanoke so, this was the place. My mom didn't read any reviews (of which there are loads of bad ones and BBB complaints against this dealership/service department). My mother was assured this should be under warranty and within a day they told her it was a bad fuel injector after they ran tests/diagnostics. She was at my house visiting during this phone call and asked if they should replace the other two as well. Her service tech said no, warranty wouldn't cover it usually and only one was bad. So, done. Warranty agreed to pay for this. A few days later (after weekend) - she gets a call with "bad news" from them. They test drove it and it was still having issues... so they were going to tear it back down and ensure they didn't "do something wrong". No mention of costs, labor charges, etc. They call back and tell her a second fuel injector has now failed and would need to be replaced. They would contact warranty company. Ok. Now, the warranty company does agree not only to replace another injector, but also the third one too. Just in case. Counter to the initial information my mom was given. Seems they didn't ask the warranty company up front who very well may have agreed to replace them to save duplicate labor costs - which is exactly where we ended up. They also never gave her a quote for the cost before doing any of this, bc they planned to fleece the warranty company. So, my mom didn't get the luxury of saying, no before they had her car taken fully apart and told her she owed $1300 in labor. That came AFTER that had already happened. So the sequence was out of order here. Here is the main problem: their position is that this was a completely new issue and that this fuel injector failed ONLY when they tore it back down. Not that it was also bad when they initially only replaced the one the first time and billed her warranty for $1600 in labor. Sounds fishy to me considering when they tested it after the fix, it didn't work. So they did not in fact, fix the issue and they are in fact, at fault for missing it. The math ain't mathing. So, they planned to make labor fees off the warranty company for replacing a fuel injector - then charged my mom FOR THE EXACT SAME THING AGAIN, saying this was a new issue and it wasn't bad when they first tested it. She never started the car, sat in it, or drove it after dropping it off there to be worked on. How can any reasonable person believe, that this second fuel injector just happened to go wrong at the exact moment the replaced the first one and was perfectly fine and my mom needs to pay them another $1600 in labor, not that they missed it? Additionally, wouldn't any reputable service department at least consider that and not charge her FULL price for something that is most likely their mistake? Yeah, not this place. They were rude and dismissive to her when she became upset over this. I called and had a more nuanced conversation with Ben where he admitted "probably" the fuel injector was already broken but since it didn't "throw a code" they didn't know for sure, but yes, it was likely but wasn't their fault. My mom spoke to the service manager, Cliff, who appeared dismissive on the phone and essentially told her unless she paid it she'd never get her car back and refused to do anything about reducing the labor charges. I have to say - I am extremely unimpressed and my mom, who doesn't make a ton of money, is really upset about these charges. They are saying this is a warranty issue and blaming the company - I see it more as them trying to bulk up their fees by double-charging for an issue they failed to find on the first go-round and should've eaten. No reasonable person would think they didn't miss this issue - at the very least they should've taken half the cost off and not charged my mother $1600 for labor and also the warranty company for replacing the exact same part (fuel injectors) on her car within days when she never even picked it up and drove it off the lot the first time. The warranty company denied a double-charge, just like medical insurance does when a doctor double-bills you. Shameful. I wouldn't bring a vehicle here if I had any other option on Earth. There is a real lack of integrity here and it's plainly obvious.

Valley Jeep Service Department saved the day!…read more This story is a long one. Get yourself a cup of coffee and settle in because Zach Hackett the Service Advisor, Jeff Miller the Service Manager and Adam Randolph the Expert Jeep Guru Technician at Valley Jeep came through for me in a big way when it really counted. It was 3:30 in the afternoon Friday 27 April. My son and I had driven three hours from Yorktown to Lovingston, VA to take part in one of our favorite annual offroad charity events "Wheelin for Hope" at Oak Ridge Estates. We were minutes away from the campground with a Jeep full of camping gear when my clutch failed and I was unable to move my Jeep under my own power. Luckily this happened while I was stopped at a stoplight in town so I was able to quickly have a buddy in his Jeep pull me and my Jeep safely off the road while we figured out what to do next. I realized this wasn't something I could fix on the roadside so I spent time going through Google Reviews on my phone trying to find the highest rated Shop or dealership in the area. I found Valley Jeep (Dodge, Chrysler, RAM) and they had 51 reviews with 4.5 stars. They sounded like folks I could take a chance on. I called and ended up talking with Zach. He was friendly, professional and attentive. I explained that I was far from home with no idea how I was going to get back home. He appreciated the nature of my situation. The tow truck wouldn't drop my Jeep before they closed but their team would look at it first thing in the morning and see what they could do. He couldn't make any promises other than he and the team at Valley Jeep would give it their best effort. Wow was I pleasantly surprised! In the morning I got a call from Zach saying that it was like I described and suspected, I needed a new clutch. I wasn't surprised because I had smoked the clutch a few times years ago when I was still learning the finer points of off-roading. Yes... I've since learned that 4-Low is your friend in a Jeep... As fate would have it they had all the parts in stock and Adam was hard at work on it and it looked like they could get it done that day! YESSS!!!!!! I got another call around 2:30 from Zach saying it was done and ready for pick up! Wow! So quick recap: 1) Friday afternoon... Jeep dropped off at Valley Jeep after they closed with a broken clutch. (Thanks A-1 Towing of Charlottesville. You get an honorable mention!) 2) Friendly reception and understanding of my situation -Thanks Zach! 3) The hard-working technician who dropped everything else he was doing that day to get me back on the road. He was even able to save me $600 dollars by buffing out my flywheel rather than replacing it. - Thanks Adam! 4) A shop who did what they said they would do WHEN they said they do it and kept me informed every step of the way! Clearly the product of good management and leadership - Thanks Jim! 5) One day turnaround and a 10% military discount. OUTSTANDING! So in closing, I wholeheartedly recommend Valley Jeep Service dept if you ever find yourself in Staunton, VA needing Jeep Service! Hopefully, when we return to Oak Ridge in 2019 for Wheelin For Hope we won't need Jeep service but if we do I know a place where we can go with confidence.

I had searched the Jeep website from my home near Augusta, Georgia and the online inventory system to find my perfect Rubicon. What I initially thought was very unfortunate is that there was nothing anywhere near my home that had just what I wanted. However CMA's Jeep had the perfect vehicle 434 miles away from home! I did a quick Google search for positive reviews at that dealership, and David's name came up often along with the name of Jesse Dorestil, the finance manager. So, I called David, and the rest is history as my wife and I made the long journey to claim our new vehicle. He was very pleasant both during our phone negotiations and his great personality particularly showed in person. We were gone almost 20 hours yesterday to complete the transaction. Although by far the farthest we have ever travelled to purchase a car and very exhausting, we feel it was certainly worthwhile because of the exceptional care we received from David and Jesse and the entire team!
