Valley Tires San Bernardino - A True Gem in the Community When I moved to the area a few years ago, Dale @ Valley Tires San Bernardino exceeded my expectations from day one. Valley Tires is a rare kind of business--one that consistently delivers exceptional service, top-quality products, and unbeatable value. You don't see too many places like this anymore. VTSB has proudly served the community for over 50 years, and it shows. Dale and his team operate with integrity, honesty, and efficiency. They're knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I've had tires replaced, maintenance work done, and truck repairs performed--all with flawless results. I trust them completely and won't go anywhere else. Valley Tires is more than a tire shop--it's a cornerstone of reliable service in San Bernardino. read more

We have used Valley Tire for all of our family vehicles for years. Dale and his team are consistently reliable, professional and knowledgable. I continue to confidently recommend his services to everyone I know. Call ahead of time if you are going in the afternoon as I believe the shop closes earlier than 5:30pm as Yelp suggests. read more

Reasonable prices and friendly staff does great work Always get my oil changed here :)

Old guy picked up the phone worst customer service I've ever had . Asked for 2 tire sizes and hangs up while I'm saying the second tire size called him back no answer . Someone woke up grumpy lol read more

Super friendly and fast service by Mike. Had a nail in the sidewalk of my tire. Needed to replace the tire. Reasonably priced. Would recommend. read more

Best tire shop around! The owner has owned the place for years and will take care of your service needs. Fair and honest!

This has become my Go-To shop for tires, alignment and suspension work. I'm sure they do more than that too as I've seen broken CV axles on the side of their shop. I've never been over charged by them and the owner, Dale, has always made the appropriate recommendations for work and parts when he could have easily steered me towards something that would have made a bigger profit for him. If you want an honest shop, I highly recommend them. That fact that the San Bernardino Sheriff's Dept. often brings their police units there for work also speaks volumes. It may not be the prettiest tire store around, but I think it may be one of the most honest and best. read more

My parents have been coming to Valley Tire for over 20 years. Dale and his staff have never ever disappointed us. He gives his honest opinion and takes care of his customers. Always my first choice! read more

Amazing, friendly service and prices beat everywhere else I compared them to by about 30.00 or more. I highly recommend this business!

I brought my 2009 Mercedes which needed an alignment to Dale after getting a quote from another place for $1100.00. Dale looked at my car and told me that my car did not have the issues the previous company told me that I had in order to fix the alignment!! (Dinosaur Tires tried to over sell me by saying that I needed all these repairs!!) Valley Tire saved me a THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! I am so grateful that this company is honest with integrity! I highly recommend them!! read more

Great customer service. Dale is a real pro and knows what he's talking about. Would be 5 stars but, they should provide a waiting area for their customers. Maybe a few benches outside wouldn't hurt. read more

Took my truck there for an alignment an they left the bottom control arm so loose i had to tow the truck home a week later.. then took my car there and they screwed up my alignment and my front tire is now beyond bald an about to pop and got this done not even a month ago..tires were almost new prior to taking it in. Never ever go here unless you want to die due mechanical errors on their part I'd rate this place at negative 5 stars read more

Fast Friendly and helpful..Came here about a month ago..Needed my rim fixed and a new tire..My rim was fixed by an outside shop but the price I was charged was cheaper than me going to a rim shop myself.. I've been back twice for a friend's tire to get patched up..I recommend this place..your one stop tire shop read more

Great guys, awesome service. Business has been in San Bernardino for over 40 years. Could use an update.

I've been going to Valley Tire for years. They are standup guys. Good products and great service.

I have visited Valley Tire on occasion over the past 30 years and mostly for flat repairs. Dale is always working and is consistently friendly and fair. I did buy a used tire from him several months ago and that tire is working great and it literally cost 20% of the cost of a new tire and was a perfect match. Customer service and quality of work is great and I would recommend this business to anyone, without reservation. read more

I've taken two of my cars here several times for suspension work. Every time they've done excellent work. Work is also done in a timely matter. The Facility could use a little updating, but isn't really important. Being a college student my funds are pretty limited and their prices fit in my budget. read more

I had gotten the run around from another Mastercraft tire dealer when i was trying to get them to warranty 2 rear tires on my El Camino. The tires were only 2 years old with about 3,ooo miles on them. The tires had separation on the side walls. The owner barely spoke english and said i needed to contact Cooper tire corporate office in order to get a authorization number. I called and the corporate office said they were full of bullshit. The main office told me to go to the guy's at Valley Tire Co. at 282 No. Waterman ( 3rd and Waterman ) on the south west corner. The main man Dale Snyder was so helpful and cool. He said come on down and he would take care of me. These guy's are professional and do great work. Believe me they are very very trust worthy. I now have 2 new tires at no charge. I only had to pay mounting and balance. I will definitely use them from now on. read more

I started using this shop because it was on my employer's approved list for my work car. Over the years other shops took advantage of us and were kicked off the list. Valley Tire is the only shop that stayed on the list year after year. They always charge a fair price and get the work done. I don't work for the same employer, so now I take my personal car there. I buy tires. I get my oil changed. They even do small repairs for me. A really honest shop. read more

Most reliable tire store I have every used in my 45 years of owning cars. The Chain Store tire store that I had gone to could not get my tire alignment right. They would not acknowledge that their tires were defective which I could easily tell from performance and wear. Valley Tire Co. sold me tires at a competitive price that way outlasted any tires I ever bought from a tire store chain. The tires at Valley Tire Co. are great and the wheel alignment is flawless! read more
