They give you the option of texting photos of the damage. I did and got a long-written response from Charlie, but he wanted to follow up with a phone call. Based on my damage Charlie could not fix it, and he explained in detail why he couldn't. He then told me about two shops that could help but explained the fixing process of one of the shops which was local and what to expect. The shop that could do the complete job is in Sacramento. I will contact them. I learned stuff that I hadn't even thought about! I really appreciated the time Charlie took to explain my dilemma. You don't find many shop owners that go out of there way like Charlie, especially knowing that he could not fix it. He could have just told me, "I can't fix that, sorry" and left it at that. Great to see pride of ownership like that.

When I got there, they looked at it and said It's not as bad as it looks and he could pop it back into place. So he spent a few minutes popping into place, and now it looks fine. I reached out to this shop for an emergency alignment job. I had previously taken my car into a…read morenational, well-known franchise for regular maintenance. They informed me an alignment couldn't be completed by their shop. Unfortunately, after getting it back, my car was nearly impossible to steer, I would get thrown into other lanes and it felt like my car was going to slide right off the tires. It was dangerous to drive. Enter Manteca Tire & Wheel Outlet, after explaining what I needed I was told I could bring it in. They were open about not being able to do the job as well (I've owned the car for 10 years now, with several shops having difficulties aligning it--and no shop ever being able to get it to spec., even when the car was stock. It's a clear manufacturer defect.) And while it did take some time to complete, they were rather busy at the time, and still found time to accommodate me for this emergency. But they were very communicative during the entire process. They were even super apologetic they couldn't align it to spec., which I fully expected. Price was fairly good, much better than the previous shop, and they even gave me a break because it couldn't fully be aligned correctly. The car drives so much better now. Completely thankful to Manteca Tire & Wheel Outlet for getting this done and their honesty throughout the process!

Took my car here for tire balancing about a month or so ago because my steering wheel was shaking…read morewhen running on the freeway. At first I had the front wheels done first to see if that would take care of it. I paid and hopped on to the freeway to test them but seemed to be still the same so I went back and had the rear wheels done as well. That seemed to have improved a little bit but wasn't completely fixed but tolerable. I figured it could be something else causing the issue so I saved it to have it diagnosed further later. I paid $60 for the work done total ($30 on each pair) After driving for a few weeks the shaking on the steering wheel seemed to have become worse. So I took it to Firestone this time to get the balancing redone as well as alignment. And guess what? Yup, the issue is now gone when driving on the freeway. I've been to this shop quite a few times before and just feel that their work is just average. I came only because it's close to my home. But this will definitely be my last time as I paid for something was supposed to fix the problem but obviously didn't, not to mention money wasted. I somehow wonder if they did the work correctly, or even did the work at all even though I did see them took out the wheel from my car. SMH -_-
