I knew that I was in the market to make a purchase. This isn't my first time to Americas Tire's. This is actually the third store that I visited for different reasons I thought well this is an opportunity for me to upgrade my tires and my wheels on my jeep so when I talk to the associate, he helped me choose tires based on my needs And helped me choose new wheels based on my likes. Went here to get a plug for my slow leak and a tire rotation...sold me on multiple other things that cost $550 but didn't fix anything that I came there for...spent almost 2 hours there for something that didn't get fixed...went back today to plug the tire that originally didn't get fixed and was told there was 13 cars in front of me and would take 3 hours even though it was there mistake...definitely wouldn't recommend this place...Les Schwab would've done it all for free within 30 min. Can't believe they insure tires you already have on, not bought from them. They just need to check the condition. Only $90 bucks for peace of mind including rotation. They have fair pricing with price match. They are much quicker than most major shop , with tires arriving the next day and truly honoring appointments. The service is great with many people working and at the front desk. They also have an air up pull in station. So you don't have to get out of your car and ask. Here we are again. For some reason my boyfriend always has tire issues. We ended up stopping by here after lunch on Saturday. This location seems small. There was already a few people a head of us but the wait took about 1hr 30 min. The guy helping was super friendly and helped us check-in right away. We had them check the tires to make sure we didn't run over a nail. Turns out the tires just needed more air because of the change of weather. read more

Went in for a tire leak and was greeted by Bani who helped diagnose the problem and recommended a new pair of tires for my vehicle since they were getting old and showed signs of cracking. This is the only place I trust with my vehicle and the staff pays attention to the details because my wheels are aftermarket along with my aluminum lugs (which can damage easily) they require some expertise. Overall Bani was able to help with all my questions and concerns. I had also spoke to John who worked on my vehicle and he was able to take the extra time to get everything within spec. read more

Came here at 8:00 am without an appointment d/t my tire pressure light going on and I noticed my tire was a little low. I wasn't too sure if there was a nail or something in it or perhaps maybe it was due to the weather fluctuating... Anyways, they checked out my tire since one of them was pretty low and it turned out nothing was in it. They then told me it may be due to the slight hairline crack they discovered on my wheel and told me to bring it back if my light went on again within the next couple of days. Was in Wednesday and as usual outstanding service. Honored the warranty on the tire even though the tire was not the problem.

They refused to fix my tire that has a slow leak under warranty claiming my tire was bald when I checked the car in and the service writer told me I need new tires. I asked the service writer to show me so we went outside and he said the middle of the rear tire was bald so I physically reached my hand in and touched the tire and felt the wear marker that wasn't exposed yet it was close but not at that point yet so I communicated that to the service writer and he said it doesn't matter they won't fix it I need to buy new tires. I took pics to show their regional manager when I get a chance to speak to him when he's back in the office because it's obvious the store manager is training his employees to sell customers things they don't need. I paid for their warranty and they should have done the job without trying to sell me tires. read more

Definitely 5 stars! I was assisted by Angie who was very kind and friendly. I was a walk-in and there were a few individuals ahead of me, so it took a few minutes for me to be assisted. Turns out I had a nail in one of my tires and I requested to see the nail. Angie took the time to bring me the whole tire and show me where the nail was and also explain why the tire needed to be replaced. Angie was highly efficient and was able to multitask. She assisted multiple customers over the phone while I was there. Despite her taking care of multiple things at once, Angie was calm and professional. I felt very comfortable asking her questions. Kudos to Angie for her excellent service! Hopefully, I will not need to visit America's Tire any time soon, but if I do I will undoubtedly come to this location. read more

Had an appointment showed up 15 minutes before and waited in line for about 20 minutes before being helped. They have an online tracker and the worker told me it would be done in 30 minutes to 45 minutes max so i waited. A hour later they haven't even touch my car it's still where I parked it. Walk-ins who are in before appointment have priority so appointment times are useless. Wish they had self awareness and just give a honest time frame so I can plan accordingly and come back when it's finished instead of being told it won't be a long wait. I needed two OEM tires for my car. I had gotten a flat on one, and I know you shouldn't replace just one tire. My car is a premium SUV with specific tires, and I wanted to keep them original parts. Americas tire is the only place that listed that they had them. I had to make an appointment, and then they ordered the tires they came all the way from Washington. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I did have to wait for the tires to come in which took three days, for once they came in they contacted me and emailed me. I went into the store, they said it like I had an appointment and my tires were on my car and I was ready to go within 45 minutes or so. You can't ask for more than a company.
