I could not recommend this company more! I had decided to remove 400 sq ft of tile myself but after spending well over a day to remove 150 sq ft of thinset I was left with several rough spots. There I was- the DIYer now looking for someone to help. I received a fast response from Andrew with a very fair quote. He showed up on time, was professional, worked hard, and did an AMAZING job! He removed the thinset I had left and smoothed the whole area out making it all ready for new flooring. The whole process was dustless and Andrew literally left my house cleaner than it was before the job. He is a mad man with a can of Endust and a rag and could give some cleaning companies a run for their money! Unfortunately, I had a bed bug infestation I could not rid and in desperation was looking for a carpet removal service. Can't say enough good things about Andrew and Valley Tile Removal! After our futile attempt at removing 30+ year old linoleum flooring that seemed to be super glued to a wooden sub-floor we called for help. Although they advertise as 'dust fee' we were a little skeptical, but could not believe how efficient their machines were at not only removing layers of linoleum and glue but at keeping the work area totally dust free. Not only did they remove all the flooring Andrew sanded and smoothed out all of the gouges we had caused in our removal attempt. Our sub-floor now looks brand new and is ready for new flooring! After another company that only does tile removal demo'd our old floor tile, our tile install contractor noticed that we had several high spots in the bare concrete that needed to be addressed before he could install the new tile. Not wanting to delay our project, I called Andrew and he was able to squeeze us in that same week, keeping our floor project on track. 6 Stars!!! These guys are amazing. They did the highest quality work at removing my tile and grinding my concrete floor to level it. I had no idea how much needed to be leveled. Andrew walked through and measured every crack in the floor. His focus on the details was awesome. They kept my house clean throughout the entire process, even wiping counters down at the end. Valley Tile Removal did an excellent job at removing all of our Saltillo tile in our house! They quoted us a great price, and when completed the price did not change. Andrew (the owner) went above and beyond what we asked. We had a crack in the concrete pad that we didn't know about. Andrew grinded it down and leveled it without us even asking. Andrew was great to work with. He and his worker were reliable, courteous and showed attention to detail! They removed my entire first floor of tile and when they were done, you never would have known that work had been done.
