I brought Carlos the parts for my unbuilt computer (the case, i5 processor, 16GB ram, 500 GB SSD, etc) and Carlos put it together and installed Windows 10 in the same day. He even installed his custom suite of software including Bitdefender antivirus and a handful of other programs. As good as it gets... One of our home computers was in need of repair. It would not power up and there was a blinking yellow light. I was 90% sure it was the power supply. Not knowing where to take it for advice, parts and service I used Yelp! Carlos was quick to respond to my request for a quote and saw me in his store right away... but then when I got there warned me it might not be the power supply... I thought "Here we go" ... until Carlos opened up the case, looked around and then showed me the burnt up (literally burnt up) motherboard. So instead of replacing our outdated motherboard from the old computer Carlos file transferred the files, especially the photographs from the existing hard drive to another computer we owned. He then bleached the old hard drive and on the new computer eliminated 7 existing viruses I didn't know we had, optimized / tuned up the hard drive, installed a sweet "best to have" $15 software package and had it all done sooner than I thought. And to top it off..ALL cheaper than was originally though it was going to be. Asking about Carlos' work history I learned he was in government in a IT Dept for about 10 years... finally convinced and decided he could start a business on his own... and did. My HP laptop screen was broken when it fell off a table. I normally do my own computer repairs if I can, but this time thought it would be better to have someone else fix it. I picked Valley Support because of the positive reviews on Yelp. When I got to the shop Carlos greeted me with a friendly smile and a handshake. I had ordered a replacement screen myself and handed it to him along with the laptop. He advised me ahead of time about a couple of things that might go wrong, relating to whether the screen was compatible with my laptop. I filled out some paperwork and he told me he would have it ready in an hour. And he did! I was very satisfied with Carlos's professionalism and fast service. I was very impressed with the level of service I received. I took my computer in and got a free diagnostic of what my options are. When I made it apparent that I was looking for something else, Carlos asked me directly what I wanted out of the service. Just WOW!!! I have a 10 year old ASUS that I have been trying to keep alive to get me through college and slowly it has been trying to raise the white flag of surrender. It finally called it quits and Valley Support has resurrected it. Carlos was absolutely amazing! I took my lap top in and got a complete overhaul; faster hard drive, Windows 10, newer software and my cpu has never been better. I spent around $300. I did ask him to completely wipe my system and start anew. Im sure he could have salvaged any pics I wanted to keep etc but I was in dire need to have a working computer without any drama. I dropped my lap top off around noon and he had it back to me before close of business on the same day. This is my first review and I first reached out to Carlos on yelp about my hp all in one computer. He was very consistent with informing me about the process and before he'd order any parts I might need. I don't live in the area so he made videos showing me everything that went on behind the scenes and let me tell you the guy knows what he's doing. Unfortunately my computer repair didn't initially go out as we'd hoped and it wasn't worth doing the whole repair so he backed up all my memory for me onto a usb. The only thing I wish I knew about was the fees and what I was being charged for like I would ask and he'd let me know but I initially didn't know I would be charged a whole 150 bucks extra. The consultation is free but if you go on with the repair that's suggested you get charged a flat labor fee besides the cost of the part. I knew I was being charged for ordering a usb but I had no idea that to back the actual memory was another 150. If you do chose to have your repair here just ask about what you're being charged for. Overall I feel like he's great at what he does and would recommend him if you need a repair done. read more

Came in with an HP that I had no idea what was wrong with it (it had the deadly blue screen :D) Carlos was able to quickly tell me that it needed a new hard drive and how much it would cost. The price was pretty good and he was very quick to get it up and running again, he even added a few programs to replace Microsoft Home Office which I lost on my old hard drive. He did really well with explaining things without the professional terms, which is good because the computer was my dad's and he doesn't understand those terms. I was highly impressed with Valley Support IT Services and Computer Repair. The owner, Carlos, was so helpful to me in such a stressful situation. Our business computer would not start and we weren't sure if the data on the machine could be saved. He was able to that and much more in such a short amount of time.
