Should have refused delivery of our van (WAY more expensive than their typical flimsy campers) but stupidly took them at their word. They will either not disclose known issues, hide the issues, or never knew about them because they never inspected the rig you just paid big $$$ for. If you don't know how to fix something I guarantee randomly attaching electricity won't help but yeah that happened. Zero respect for women, only address the males, and take offense to questions asked questioning their "fixes." Oh, and you can only speak with your salesperson even while it's rotting away being destroyed in the service department. I sure would like to be able to use our expensive adventure van that's now sitting indefinitely down in WA awaiting repairs to what they destroyed and is not the condition it was when we signed our lives away. Get EVERYTHING in writing, even random comments.

The trailer came back with new damage on the interior panels -- screws and staple marks that weren't there before. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Months of emails followed. The owner, Vik, eventually responded in writing that everything is the manufacturer's responsibility and directed me to Keystone. Keystone then confirmed they have zero warranty claim history for my unit -- meaning the repairs performed here were apparently never filed with the manufacturer at all. I gave this dealership every opportunity to make this right. What I got was delay, deflection, and silence. If you're buying here, just know: the experience ends the moment you drive off the lot.

So you are better off going south to get what you want for the price you want. Just don't expect any warranty service from anyone in Alaska unless you have one of the few brands sold here. Even then, you might get the AK Dealer saying: "sorry, we can't service your trailer/toy hauler/5th wheel or do any warranty work on it since you did not buy it from us. If we do warranty work on it, we expect you to pay for us for it in advance and you try to get reimbursed from the manufacturer". Have your purchase inspected from top to bottom, front to back testing all fixtures, drawers, lights, heat/cooling as part of the PDI (pre-deliver inspection). Don't leave the lot until every item is fixed to your satisfaction.

The saleman tried to push us away from the class B transit we wanted to see and showed us used class c's I suppose they needed to sell. He had no floor plans or brochures and he went on Google to look up the RV model from the supplier website and stumbled through the specs - wow lol. The sales manager later told me they emphasize renting so they can't really accommodate people purchasing RVs. They have several RVs that are 2-3 years old and are new with 4000 miles on them - something really weird is going on here with their lack of customer service - this place is nothing like the lower 48 - buyer beware.

It drove fine. There was no signs of any issues so we signed the papers and purchased it.. a couple weeks later if you problems arose, and the concern for safety was in question. I went back to the dealership spoke with the manager and expressed my concerns, and she immediately had me bring the vehicle in the next day for repairs. She told me that they have been through a few mechanics since the vehicle had its safety inspection done and apologized and didn't want me to think that they sold non-dependable vehicles and they want to back up their companies name so at no cost to me all the safety concerns I had were repaired.

Lee is who we dealt with. He came across friendly at first but that quickly changed. It seemed all he was interested in was us leaving a 5-star review. He mentioned it many, many times. We purchased the truck and drove it off the lot. The next day, I stop and fill up the tank before heading to work. After filling up, I was smelling gasoline in the cab. When I got to work I called Midas to see if they would look at it later in the day. I was suspecting a possible leak in the fuel line. I was NOT expecting what they found. They called me with an almost $4000 repair bill. There was a hole drilled in the gas tank, the back half of the exhaust system was removed.....AND THERE WERE NO BRAKES ON THE TRUCK! I immediately called Lee and requested the truck be taken back and everything repaired/replaced. Lee gave some excuse about the lead mechanic being away and that's why things were overlooked. If any mechanic overlooks the fact that breaks and an exhaust system are missing....are they really a mechanic? When I initially purchased the truck, the fog lights were missing and Lee had refused to fix them. With everything else that was just found on the truck, I told him the fog lights were also getting replaced or I wasn't keeping the truck. He begrudgingly accommodated. I picked the truck up a few weeks later. The fog lights were installed but they stopped working a few days later. I took the truck back in, and a mechanic took a look at them and electrical taped some wires together. They worked again for another few days and then stopped. I took it to another shop that said the wires were all loose and the lights weren't even bolted in. Fast forward 2 years. I'm having some engine issues and am trying to locate the extended warranty I purchased. I called and got Lee on the phone. The first time he answered the phone and then hung up before I even said anything. I called back and he couldn't have sounded more uninterested. He said he'd take my name and number and call me back. Obviously he never did. Thankfully, I was able to locate the warranty paperwork in the meantime. After the engine was replaced a month or so ago, I realized I was smelling gas again after filling up. I take a look near the tank only to find that the gas tank that had been "replaced" because of the hole that was drilled into it hadn't actually been replaced. All they did was patch it and it's now leaking again. I reached out several times trying to get in contact with the manager. Tim finally got back to me one day, said he'd look into it but that he wasn't the manager when this took place. He never called back. If you love supporting scumbag used car lots then this is the place to go. With all of the options out there, I'd highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Lee, Tim, and the others at Dependable Used Cars are clearly only interested in taking your money and not in providing quality work.

I had an old 80's atc/200 I'm my back yard that needed tlc. They don't work on that old liability three wheel stuff but can give you the phone numbers of hobby wrenches that will. Very friendly Knowledgeable. And my favorite. Return phone calls and let you know when your stuff shows up. Let's face it. Anyone can sell you a machine. There are no mileage charges and do not charge for dumping, cleaning, or any other charges that some companies apply to the bill. Would highly recommend. This was our first time to rent a motorhome and it has been a great experience.
