They were more expensive than I expected ($150/hr). I don't even think Mercedes techs charge that much, but maybe that is just how RV techs are, and it is normal. They were friendly and the service was good, but they are training front desk people so paying for and picking up the trailer was painfully slow. Otherwise, a good experience. And I think we called and got an appointment the same week, though we had to wait for parts to be ordered, but they worked fast when they could.

They were good at listening and not trying to talk me into something I didn't want when they called me to tell me what was wrong. I told them exactly what I wanted done and that's what they did. They even threw in a tire rotation for free because it needed it. As long as I have a vehicle, this is where I will go for service. The guys are friendly and nice. These guys didn't treat me like I was less than just because I am female which is what I have experienced at other shops.

If you need 4 wheel drive, I'd look elsewhere. Good luck if you need assistance after renting - response time by phone and email are very slow. I tried to dispute with my credit card (first time I've ever done that), and all they did was send a copy of their cancellation policy, which just says they keep your deposit but nothing about extra miles never driven. Very unclear. Do not rent from them as I feel these type of shady tactics are why you'd end up with extra cleaning fees, extra repairs, etc.

Talked to them about bringing it to them. Asked if it was under warranty. I didn't know so I said I would find out. It is. I've called them back 5 times and no answer from service dept. left my number to call me back. Nothing. Even told them if they didn't want to work on it to just tell me. Nothing.
