I started with the queso and chips and it came out piping hot and flavorful. I think the chips are house made but not sure. I'll ask and come back with an update. I had the buffalo chicken tacos as my main and they did not disappoint. The ratio of blue cheese crumbles to buffalo sauce was perfect and the chicken was tender and good. From the counter to the kettles, the brewery is bright, clean and shiny. I had a pils and an IPA, with the IPA being the winner. Service at the counter was fast and friendly, and samples were offered. They also have an unflavored seltzer that you can a bunch of flavors to. No food available, but they allow food to be brought in from the neighboring restaurants. Overall a great stop for a beer when in Blairsville.
