I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. Craig is professional, responsive and he was extremely thorough throughout the process from quote, to scheduling and invoicing. The roof is 3 stories up and really steep, so we've never actually seen it, so Craig showed us pictures of our roof, pointed out moss, blasted the moss off and treated the roof so it wouldn't grow. We have had our gutters cleaned many times and never had that offered, and it never really lasts very long. We are up against a greenbelt and get a lot of needles. Also, he has recommended a better alternative for the downspouts that should actually keep them clear. Preventative medicine, that should extend the life of our roof, that's worth every penny. I found Darryl after another company we were working with kept pushing back their start date and eventually stopped responding to us altogether. From our first conversation, Darryl provided exceptional service, instantly recognizing we are in a time crunch and needing to start asap, which he accommodated. We met the next day and discussed colors/trim etc and he advised me against one or two of my ideas and explained why- it wouldn't hold up/age well. I agreed and changed plan slightly and appreciate his advice that not everyone would take the time to give. His work was quick and very thorough. He took his time to make sure the finish was flawless and made decisions that were entirely inconvenient for him that would ensure the best finish possible for us (for example he arrived and prepped/taped/put up plastic sheeting in preparation to paint our exterior doors but decided to pause the job due to high winds kicking up dust- he wanted to wait until the winds died down and came back that evening to finish the job). His professional advice about paint type/brands/finishes was very helpful and I knew he was clearly experienced and felt confident and happy to follow his advice. The customer rep Morgan is awesome / responsive, the crew was super nice (Andrew and Clayton) and the owner replied timely to questions / concerns as well. The a roughly 3000 sq home - 2 story, the project probably took the team 1.5 hours to complete. I surveyed the site afterwards and it was in good shape - not a whole lot of leftover debris from the roof. The crew used a water hose for the moss / gutter clean and afterwards applied a liquid solution to prevent moss - I was told the solution should be applied every 6 months (water hose and not pressure wash as pressure wash is too much for the roof). A brush wasn't used like some of the other gutter cleaning companies. The next day - when the sun was out I walked across the street to get a clear view of certain sections of my roof. I noticed "green" / moss still on a certain area so I took pictures and sent them to Jordan. He replied and said that he would have the team come back out and take care of it. Overall - Issaquah gutter has great customer service. Giving them a four star because we had to have the crew come out after the project to get the remainder of the moss on the roof. If it was all completed on day 1 I would have given them 5 stars. I engaged with a few other companies up front and went with Issaquah because they were most responsive and professional.

He went above and beyond to service our vents (even with some surprise obstacles - and perhaps some lapses in training). Since this particular service is new for this company (which we didn't know when scheduling), there are still some "kinks" being worked out. First, our tech was not provided access to information we shared with Customer Service in our scheduling process (i.e. our tech didn't know he was serving a home with ceiling vents, and thus, didn't bring a ladder or proper tools AND we were told by Customer Service that he would service the furnace, which he wasn't trained to do). Also, the company doesn't currently vacuum/wipe down affected surfaces after a duct cleaning service, so customers are left with a mess to clean-up. Growth opportunities acknowledged, overall, we enjoyed our experience with this company and can't say enough good things about Justin as a person. He was really such a joy. Pro Tip: Ensure you confirm your service needs directly to the tech before they arrive at your home, so they are adequately prepared.
