Nonetheless, Dillon (sorry Dylan, if I butchered your name!) was timely, efficient, patient, and willing to help and answer any and all questions in the parking lot, on the lake, and on the ramp. 5 stars. Matt, the main service guy. This is a tough one because I know boats and love to work on them, buuuuutttt I had to let go and have Matt "geeter dun" as I had little time. We had to come to terms on several technical issues and haggle a bit on the cost, but his patience, experience, and knowledge resulted in a very sano install for a reasonable price. In the end, he and his crew did an excellent job installing ballast, batteries, prop, full engine service, trailer service, and he got us on the road promptly and confidently on a Saturday morning before a 400-mile tow. The tow went without incident, and the boat ran great. Thanks Matt! 5 stars. Cameron. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Hung with us through a 2-hour shopping spree including boat stuff, life jackets, wake surfers, and wake surf gear. Gear selection was good, but not quite Overton's or iBoat (duh!). Regardless, Cameron was extremely helpful and earned his 5 stars too! Dusty. Came and went, but checked on us often to ensure that all was good. He exuded customer care. 5 stars. Last but not least, Ann. She was obviously efficient at what she does and provided concise and friendly closure to our experience at Boulder Boats. Pretty sure she went an extra yard or two with the DMV while procuring our plates and registration. Big thanks Ann, 5 stars! Since the boat I liked was a lot of money, I had lots of questions and did not want to regret my purchase. Mark spent lots of time on the phone with me answering questions before I finally drove down, 2 hours, to buy the boat. I've been extremely happy with the boat and it drives like a Porsche on water, especially for a 27' pontoon boat. I've actually had it up to 55 mph! I get a lot of attention whether towing it in town or on the water. It's just a very nice boat. We did have a cavitation issue whenever cornering. The boat kept up high RPMs but lost substantial speed in a sharp turn. After talking to Mark a few times, we decided to drop the motor an inch. I brought the boat down and Mark's mechanics lowered the motor. Got the boat back in the water and problem fixed. Last week: We keep our boat in covered storage during the off season and this last time I dropped it off, I'd forgotten to turn battery switch off. The house battery drained and I didn't catch this. I had my buddy drop me in the water and although the motor was running I didn't catch that I didn't have any gauges or power steering. With no steering, I had to get towed back. I didn't understand the problem at the time and although I knew it had to be electrical, I checked the fuses and they were all good. I called in to Semper and talked to Jason. This guy was very willing to help and told me he'd look into it. I figured I wouldn't here back for a few days since it was Saturday and also figured I wouldn't be on the lake this weekend, but I was wrong. An hour later I got a phone call from Jason. He recommended putting a jumper line between the cranking battery and the house battery. That was it!! Back on the water. Jason saved my weekend. He even called later in the day to see how things were going. I couldn't thank him enough. One last note: I've driven other pontoon brands and they just don't drive like a Manitou. You can just tell the quality between other boats and a Manitou. I paid $20k more for all the bells and whistles for a similar boat of a different brand and again, I'm really happy with my decision.

He went around to the back where they were working and they told him they don't open until 0900 (even though it was 0908). When he asked them about his issue they said "just because we are an authorized dealer, doesn't mean we know anything about it." When he asked about a warranty, they said they didn't know Suzuki had a warranty and that they didn't even know how to make a claim. They said they would charge $175 to look at it.
