First, Boulder Boats typically has a great selection of new and used boats. I had been watching their site for about a year and had a good feeling this was a high-probability buy site! In summary, the whole buying experience was truly great in every way. Jake, did his part to understand what I was after and intuitively took me a bit further down a less-expensive road, whatttt?! And, he made the right call. Also, he worked with me as I worked him on the price. We did not frustrate, but methodically worked out a fair price, and he certainly held up his end of the bargain. For that alone, he gets 5 stars! Next, the boat checkout. I was probably an easy customer having been around boats all my life. Nonetheless, Dillon (sorry Dylan, if I butchered your name!) was timely, efficient, patient, and willing to help and answer any and all questions in the parking lot, on the lake, and on the ramp. 5 stars. Matt, the main service guy. This is a tough one because I know boats and love to work on them, buuuuutttt I had to let go and have Matt "geeter dun" as I had little time. We had to come to terms on several technical issues and haggle a bit on the cost, but his patience, experience, and knowledge resulted in a very sano install for a reasonable price. In the end, he and his crew did an excellent job installing ballast, batteries, prop, full engine service, trailer service, and he got us on the road promptly and confidently on a Saturday morning before a 400-mile tow. The tow went without incident, and the boat ran great. Thanks Matt! 5 stars. Cameron. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Hung with us through a 2-hour shopping spree including boat stuff, life jackets, wake surfers, and wake surf gear. Gear selection was good, but not quite Overton's or iBoat (duh!). Regardless, Cameron was extremely helpful and earned his 5 stars too! Dusty. Came and went, but checked on us often to ensure that all was good. He exuded customer care. 5 stars. Last but not least, Ann. She was obviously efficient at what she does and provided concise and friendly closure to our experience at Boulder Boats. Pretty sure she went an extra yard or two with the DMV while procuring our plates and registration. Big thanks Ann, 5 stars! All in all, a pleasurable and awesome experience with a really great team of individuals. Pretty sure this is not the norm when it comes to buying a boat. We would gladly do it again! read more

Had our boat for 2 weeks! They told us put it in the water and see how it goes. It only last 5 minutes and we had to be towed in. Went back to Boulder and was told we had to fork up more money to fix what should've been fixed in the first place. Horrible service as well, we had to tell the intake persons two different times what was going on with our boat, she didn't take good notes nor comprehend what was being said. Incredibly positive experience from start to finish... My Boulder Boats experience started with a phone call inquiring about a pre-owned centurion. Little did I know, the receptionist transferred me to the owner, Stuart. He was so easy to talk to and very transparent about everything. Next I spoke with Dylan from sales who was amazing and worked with us (we were about 5 hours away and the only day we could demo the boat was on his day off). He was eager to accommodate and had the boat ready when we arrived to demo. Ann and Brittany in financing were a pleasure to work with as well. We ran into some issues on the drive home and the Boulder team proved they truly care about the customer experience over anything else...Dylan and Dan were true professionals who are passionate about the customer experience and operate with the utmost integrity. We were recently on vacation with a Malibu boat we purchased elsewhere (we live a good distance away) and ran into serious trouble when we couldn't find our boat keys. My husband called Boulder Boats looking for help after trying several other options for key replacement, and Dan went above and beyond to be helpful- even texting my husband late at night to give ideas and then talking with him on the 4th of July to help my husband resolve it. I bought my Malibu 23LSV from Chad when they were Etco Marine. Chad was the absolute best at knowledge and service. When Boulder Boats took over, Chad told me they would continue his legacy. I had my boat in for service on a very difficult issue to diagnose. Matt E. was diligent, comprehensive, and tenacious. He worked with me and with Malibu directly to figure it out. Took his own time on the weekend and after hours to assist as well. Doesn't get any better than that. Stuart, the owner, was also helpful in picking up and delivering my boat personally.
