Decided on our first boat purchase and came to Pacific Marine Center. When we arrived Jason greeted us, offered us waters and asked how he can help us. We told him that we were interested in looking at a Yamaha Boat. He said it was in the other showroom and we took the club car down the street to their extended property. Didn't realize how many boats they had in stock. When it came to making the deal he was not pushy, got us extra discounts within reason and spoke to Jack (the owner) to see what else they can do to sweeten the deal. Jack was pleasant, probably stressed with how busy they were that day, but still took the time to work with us to get the price right for our purchase. When we came back the next week to pick up the boat they were very good in going over the entire boat and features as well as inspecting every angle. They include basic safety gear 4 life jackets and a throwable that you can exchange for credit if you already have gear. The workers hooked up the boat and trailer to our hitch and we were on our way. It gets busy here especially around 10-11am with people getting service for their boats. A lot of drop offs and pick ups. Definitely plan on coming early when they open. Customers come in stressed but Jason, Jack and staff stay cool and calm to help everyone with their needs. Thanks Pacific Marine Center for the great experience! read more

You CAN'T trust Pacific Marine! Bait and switch at its finest!! PLEASE USE CAUTION! We put a $1,000 deposit on a boat while we went through the financing process and having a hard hit on our credit. We were in contact with them DAILY. We bought a year of insurance as the last act before giving the down payment and signing documents. We got a call that night stating they sold the boat from under us without even a phone call. They then told us the $1,000 was only good for 5 days (first time hearing that!) It was actually the 3rd business day as we had a holiday weekend. If this is how dishonest they are selling it, imagine what else they may be dishonest about behind the scenes! Jack's way to make things right was to offer more expensive boats.. The only boats the owner, Jack offered added more than $10k to the original price. Jack knew we were approved, They could care less we dinged our credit and most likely figured since we were approved; we could be easily forced into a more expensive boat! Jack "offered" two other boats that were way more money! ((Their only goal)) You've been warned. read more

Hitting a stage in our boat life when we were ready for pontoon..we looked in our area, but we didnt find what we were looking for in price or styles. Found pacific marine online. Sent a email as a goof. Ed contacted me and depsite being almost 5 hours away, we had a great deal on a pontoon and a trade in for our old boat. When we arrived, Jason showed us everything we needed to know about our new pontoon and put us at ease about the large purchase. He even gave us his cell number if we had any questions. Financing was easy. Everyone was really nice and inviting. Really, the got us in our dreamboat. It was a 13 hour round trip from our house but 100% worth it. Dont be afraid to reach out and make a drive. We hope to never part with our new pontoon, but if we ever need to upgrade, we're going back. read more

Bought our 1st boat a few days ago, and from the beginning, the initial inquiry, to subsequent questions, putting down the deposit, to setting up the test drive and purchase, exceptional customer service! Ed was very informative and experienced in the boating world. After the test drive on the lake I was less intimidated with launching and retrieving. The staff at Pacific Marine Center is what made the decision to purchase easy. We appreciate what they do to ensure the client is comfortable and informed. We just bought our very first boat, and I have to say -- Henry made the entire experience absolutely seamless! From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions (and as first-time boat owners, we had plenty!), walked us through every detail, and made sure we felt confident and excited about our purchase. The process couldn't have been smoother -- Henry handled everything with ease and made us feel completely taken care of. You can really tell he loves what he does and takes pride in helping people find the right boat. We are beyond happy with our purchase and can't wait to hit the water! If you're thinking about buying a boat, ask for Henry -- you won't regret it. He truly made our first-time buying experience a fun and memorable one. My wife and I went in looking to trade in our Mastercraft and we went to Pacific on the recommendation of my dad. We are so glad we did. We initially put a deposit down on a boat and later that evening we decided on another and was able to transfer that deposit without issue. The next day we went down there to see the boat we wanted and the showroom was closed. Jason gave us a ride over to the showroom and graciously took the time to unlock the doors and roll out the red carpet. We ended up purchasing a Yamaha AR250 from Ed, Jason and Jack. All three were so wonderful. They were fair on the trade-in value and we walked away two very happy customers. We have purchased from another local dealer before and that experience/dealer would have been given a one star. Pacific Marine really does take special care of their customers. We will be back for any future purchases. read more

Me and my wife came in on a Saturday January 31 after lunch at bass lake. We met Jason Who was the sales person. As we came into the building he introduced himself and He Ask if we needed any water or needed to use the restrooms? Not many people ask if we need bottle water, if we want room temperature or refrigerator cold bottle water. That was a plus. As we were looking at boats with Jason, he was so polite & went beyond our expectations. We looked at two boats and found the one we wanted. We also met Jack the owner which he was amazing and Very down to earth. Can't say anything negative about this place. They were very professional and personal to me and my wife. We put a money down for the boat we wanted and started the loan process. Which was a Breeze, was Nothing like purchasing a car. It was Very easy. We came back that Friday to get our boat. We actually got to meet the team that works there. Such an amazing place and great people. Everyone was very personal, they joked and the laughed with us. It was like we were family. Jason helped us with getting extra stuff that we were going to need for our boat. They showed us how to work the boat, how to put on the Bimini top on, how to attach and how to take down. We never felt they were in rush to get us out of there. They answered questions we had. They are a top notch boat dealership. If you are looking for a boat to buy use or new. This is the place. Can't wait to come back to bring in our boat for service. Or to just say hi to everyone. Thank you to everyone who helped out with getting us ready to enjoy our boat. Best decision ever!! We'd been in the new boat market for about a year and finally decided to pull the trigger about a week ago. On a long drive home, I entered search criteria into A.I., and asked it to find me links to dealerships anywhere in the US. Pacific Marine Center was the first link I clicked, and after a short scroll down the list of boats, I fell in love! Jack's team (Jason included!) did a fantastic job working with us from Colorado and helped us feel well taken care of. I am writing this review to express my frustration with Pacific Marine Center. On January 19, 2024 I dropped off my bass boat nitro Z 18 to have the mega 360 transducer installed. I provided a clear explanation of what was expected to both the technician and the service manager, and they both agreed to the explanation. On January 27, 2024, the boat was picked up by the secondary owner. However, upon further inspection, it was discovered that the transducer mount had been drilled into the fiberglass cap. Additionally, the actual transducer was attached to the live scope transducer mount. When I contacted the service department and the sales department manager, they acknowledged the mistake and admitted that they had drilled into the boat incorrectly. They agreed to reinstall the transducer properly and promised to paint-match the holes they had drilled on the boat. They kept the boat for an extended period of time, as they were waiting for flake to match paint perfectly. Finally, on February 23, 2024, the boat was picked up again. Unfortunately, the transducer still wasn't working, and the paint did not match. When we reached out to them again, they responded by saying that they can't make all customers happy. I wanted to share my honest experience with Pacific Marine, as I believe it's important for others to be aware of the issues I faced. I hope that the business takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their services for future customers 2nd part. The reply to my review from Pacific Marine is very disappointing and disingenuous. First of all, I didn't say make it work because I have several friends and family members with the same electronic. Secondly, I provided the mount that attaches to the trolly motor and have messages from the company where I bought it. I do know how it goes, and I told your tech, who was like " I go it." Lastly, you guys didn't know the boat had two owners until pick up. I dropped the boat and gave clear instructions, but your service manager and tech did not follow them. Jesse just picked up the boat that's when you guys knew it had two owners. Jessie never talked to the tech. Anyone who knows bass fishing knows that mega 360 transducers attaches to the trolly motor. Do you think I just bought it out of nowhere and spent 2600 on the monitor and 1300 on a transducer without knowing how it goes or works? Please don't lie. read more

March 2024 I ordered a brand new boat and had it delivered into Nevada that was coordinated by the sales team. The Boat was delivered missing $2900 of items not installed including Bow Navigation Lights required by the Untied States Coast Guard, A Travel Cover & Sun Cover. I requested to have the local Crestliner Dealer install the covers as it required drilling into the windshield frame and was told I had to return the boat to have them or install it myself. Pacific Marine referred to the missing items as being a Warranty Claim when clearly it Pacific Marine's failure to match what they advertise on there website, confirm what's on the sales contract before shipping a $39,000 boat out of state. So I just got back from a 7 hour round trip purchasing a boat from PMC and I wouldn't of done it any other way. In my search of a boat I knew I wanted a Crestliner. I noticed not many people carry them so what's the deal. What I found out is CL is top notch alu boats in all categories. It led me to PMC where I met Dave over the phone. Everything from the 1st call was fully transparent and clear! I was after a specific size but even yet camo so I wouldn't see the scuffs. He had 5 on order (Storm 1700) in production but called the factory just in time to catch it in paint to get me the choice. 2 weeks amd 8 days later pow landed at PMC. I scheduled for today's pick up, arrived, signed and done. Jason was super accommodating, Dave was great and juggling 2 customers but on point. Broc was extremely attentive, and the Boss was very cool. What stood out the most was how customer based PMC was, hands down on point. I highly recommend everyone to PMC from small skiff to sky's the limit! Thanks guys! read more

We purchased our 2024 bayliner vr6 on July 20th 2024. On July 26th while loading up for a trip to shaver lake we played some music and noticed our tower speakers were not working . I called pacific marine and they informed me it would have to be there for a couple weeks. I had a local stereo shop check it out and it was determined the speaker connection was broken inside the speaker and became disconnected $65 to the stereo shop. They hooked them up temporarily until I had time to take back my 7 day old boat to pacific marine. The next day at shaver lake as we started our fist take off we noticed the mph on the boat was not working as we passed the slow buoys I began to speed up to an amazing speed full throttle to about 15 mph. Upon moving around putting more people in front taking people off still the same result. I then called pacific marine at 10:35am while I was still on the water I began talking to an individual about the mph and speed he assured me it would not affect our trip and to bring it the following week. We could not take my kids tubing because of slow speed nor could we even plane the boat couldn't get past 3500 rpms. On July 29th I was having my boat ceramic coated and the detailer pointed out plastic had not been taken off left side of decal only to find the reason was the decal was on crooked and peeling . On Wednesday July 31st I dropped the boat off and let the individual know about the decal, the speakers, the mph and boat had no power at the time I said the boat was only going 25mph little did I know it was a lot closer to 15mph. Also let him know scratches on tower, touch up paint on the inside of boat, scratches on passenger side in a square like shape. The individuals response was that he use to be a car salesman and that sort of thing happens on newer vehicles. Not exactly what you want to hear after a ruined 1st trip in a 60k boat! Spoiler alert no sorry was given at that time or through the whole process. I sent him pictures of the damages. August 6th I called to check status and the boat was not touched yet and was informed it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I was told if boat was purchased from them you get priority I don't know how much more priority with a boat that was bought and back at the shop the same week! I then called August 8th because the individual before said he would give a call back. Only to find out that the boat was still listed as a regular maintenance. Promise promise promise on august 14th I called again only to find out it was not in yet and they will have it the next day. I got a call and was told it was ready on the 15th and I let them know I would pick it up on the 16th and was promised to have it ready and washed. When I showed up I asked to speak with the manager or owner for all the inconvenience all through the process dating from first visit he was not in. I asked to speak to a tech and when they brought him out he told me that there was no issue on the computer but there was a hose disconnected and he assured me that would not have anything to do with boat speed only mph reading. He explained that the elevation would cause power loss and I would need a new prop and told me my motor 250 hp was a small motor for that boat. I am fairly new to boating and if he could have had it installed right then I probably would have went for it. I am sure glad I did not do it we took the boat back to shaver lake with the same amount of people and that boat ran awesome. Got it up to 38mph a whole 23mph faster. EVERYTHING FROM THEM WAS AN EXCUSE NEVER AN APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! Till this day I am waiting for a call that I had asked to speak to manager or owner and still have not received any word about DECAL, THE SPEAKERS, THE SCRATCHES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A FIRST TIME BOAT BUYER. I have all pictures with dates and call logs and text showing this horrible experience. Maybe they don't think it's frustrating for someone to buy a new boat and come 2 days shy of making your first payment before you get your boat back. read more

Great experience. Jason, Austin, and Ed made purchasing a used boat easy and enjoyable. Jason took the time to send me a few walk-thru videos of the boat before I made the long drive to their shop, and when I arrived the boat matched the videos spot-on. Austin help me along the sales process and went above and beyond on attention to details to make this new-to-me boat just right. When the boat was ready to pickup, Ed spent nearly an entire day to demo the boat and then resolve a minor issue that we observed during the demo. Here's an update on this situation. 4 months later I have still not received my $5000 deposit nor did they sell me the boat. I finally agreed to purchase their boat even though it arrived much later than promised. Turns out that a recent ding on my credit score did not allow me to get financing with their banks. So while I was trying to get financing on my own, they emailed me that because I left them a bad review a month ago that they would no longer be selling me the boat. I then asked them to refund my deposit but they refused. So at this point, they are holding onto my $5000 and the boat. I am writing this update to warn you from doing business with this company. This company needs to be investigated for their fraudulent business practices. I forgot to mention that since I left some online reviews about my terrible experience, as well as some of my friends and family members who I shared my experience with and were appalled by this, Pacific Marine Center since hired a lawyer and are threatening to sue me and my friends/family members for sharing this story online. I recently had Pacific Marine do a sales purchase inspection on a 2022 Barletta Cabrio 22UC that was originally purchased new from them. Jason was my main contact . They knew and remembered the original owner, and thoroughly inspected this boat with pictures, personal commentary, and they ensured it to be both mechanically sound , and cosmetically near perfect . It was indeed in top form as Jason accurately represented to me . The team at Pacific were my eyes and ears dealing with a long distance request for their expertise . It was indeed great comfort to know that the professionals were being my eyes and ears. I have to shout out a special thanks to Jason who was my first point of contact at their Marina, and I have to say he was very accommodating and helpful , a terrific spokesperson whom assisted me in every way that he could. He was prompt, thorough , and had a wealth of Barletta product knowledge too! Austin and StacI helped me in the service department, and I certainly appreciated everything they were able to do. Overall a top five-star experience, I'd recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. i just received my brand new $148,000.00 boat that had a few minor issues- this being the most glaring. the boat showed up late due to the hull getting broken- the boat didn't sink so i can assume that they fixed the brand new boat correctly. I then asked them how they can fix the damage on the boat ( see picture for damage) they then told me how to fix the the brand new boat- lol I don't fix brand new things that cost $148,000.00- you fix it. or perhaps they expect you ( the consumer ) to fix their problems. In their defense- they didn't make sure it did float after breaking the hull. so i guess i can't complain too much. maybe if i spend $200,000.00 K- then it they fix it ? read more

Really a great experience buying our first Pontoon boat from these wonderful people. Jack (the owner) really takes care of his customers. When we first started looking a month ago Jack took time out of his busy day to take us around the boat we chose and really highlight the feature and benefits. He worked with us even though we had a 2 week delay on finishing up our bank finance. He took our hold money and kept that boat from being sold to someone else. Even though his sales staff said they could have sold it 6 times. Prep went great and they all took the time to be sure and answer our questions. Demand I. These boats right now are sky high and the prices Jack sets for these boats are very competitive. I was really unable to find a deal on this size a boat anywhere else. read more

I was searching for a new pontoon boat locally however, the prices were just to much for what they had to offer. I went on the internet and found Pacific Marine Center. They had all kinds of variety and discounted boats. We called and talked to Dave and ask about a specific boat they were advertising, turns out it was still available. We decided to make the 2+ hour drive. We left a little late in the day and showed up right at closing time. We were greeted by the whole Pacific Marine Center crew. They all stayed late and showed us every boat we wanted to see. We ended up buying the boat we specifically went to see that night. We traded in our boat and they gave us a fair price with just showing them pictures. We added some cool accessories to the new boat in which Jack gave us at cost. Six days later they drove the boat to us and picked up our trade in. Dave communicated with me everyday on the progress. The guy who delivered the boat and gave us a on water orientation was super detailed. When he left I felt I knew the boat in and out ( sorry I don't remember his name). Bottom line is this dealership is legit and made this the easiest big purchase transaction I have made. Five + star recommendation for Jack, Dave and the rest of the crew at Pacific Marine.
