    Henry & us!
    Candice A.

We just bought our very first boat, and I have to say -- Henry made the entire experience absolutely seamless! From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions (and as first-time boat owners, we had plenty!), walked us through every detail, and made sure we felt confident and excited about our purchase. The process couldn't have been smoother -- Henry handled everything with ease and made us feel completely taken care of. You can really tell he loves what he does and takes pride in helping people find the right boat. We are beyond happy with our purchase and can't wait to hit the water! If you're thinking about buying a boat, ask for Henry -- you won't regret it. He truly made our first-time buying experience a fun and memorable one. Pacific Marine Center -- you've got a gem on your team!

We bought a previously owned pontoon boat from Pacific Marine, the purchase itself was super easy and we were very pleased with our new boat! Unfortunately we had an issue with an item that was under factory warranty. Tara, the service manager, reached out to the manufacturer and took care of everything. She went above and beyond what we expected! I would definitely recommend Pacific Marine for sales as well as service. Thank you again, we look forward to many years of happy boating!

There is customer service and then there is what the employees of Pacific Marine provide. Top notch attention to customer satisfaction. Our sales person, Jason has gone over and above with providing excellent service to our needs. From the beginning to the end of our purchase and still going beyond. Terra in service is pleasant to interact with and gets the repairs done in a timely manner. The shop technicians also are 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this business for your boat purchases or service needs. The McMahons

Mega 360 installed to my livescope. It is not a joke that's what they did.

I am writing this review to express my frustration with Pacific Marine Center. On January 19, 2024 I dropped off my bass boat nitro Z 18 to have the mega 360 transducer installed. I provided a clear explanation of what was expected to both the technician and the service manager, and they both agreed to the explanation. On January 27, 2024, the boat was picked up by the secondary owner. However, upon further inspection, it was discovered that the transducer mount had been drilled into the fiberglass cap. Additionally, the actual transducer was attached to the live scope transducer mount. When I contacted the service department and the sales department manager, they acknowledged the mistake and admitted that they had drilled into the boat incorrectly. They agreed to reinstall the transducer properly and promised to paint-match the holes they had drilled on the boat. They kept the boat for an extended period of time, as they were waiting for flake to match paint perfectly. Finally, on February 23, 2024, the boat was picked up again. Unfortunately, the transducer still wasn't working, and the paint did not match. When we reached out to them again, they responded by saying that they can't make all customers happy. I wanted to share my honest experience with Pacific Marine, as I believe it's important for others to be aware of the issues I faced. I hope that the business takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their services for future customers 2nd part. The reply to my review from Pacific Marine is very disappointing and disingenuous. First of all, I didn't say make it work because I have several friends and family members with the same electronic. Secondly, I provided the mount that attaches to the trolly motor and have messages from the company where I bought it. I do know how it goes, and I told your tech, who was like " I go it." Lastly, you guys didn't know the boat had two owners until pick up. I dropped the boat and gave clear instructions, but your service manager and tech did not follow them. Jesse just picked up the boat that's when you guys knew it had two owners. Jessie never talked to the tech. Anyone who knows bass fishing knows that mega 360 transducers attaches to the trolly motor. Do you think I just bought it out of nowhere and spent 2600 on the monitor and 1300 on a transducer without knowing how it goes or works? Please don't lie.

March 2024 I ordered a brand new boat and had it delivered into Nevada that was coordinated by the sales team. The Boat was delivered missing $2900 of items not installed including Bow Navigation Lights required by the Untied States Coast Guard, A Travel Cover & Sun Cover. I requested to have the local Crestliner Dealer install the covers as it required drilling into the windshield frame and was told I had to return the boat to have them or install it myself. Pacific Marine referred to the missing items as being a Warranty Claim when clearly it Pacific Marine's failure to match what they advertise on there website, confirm what's on the sales contract before shipping a $39,000 boat out of state. I'm currently working with California Department of Consumer Affairs to file actions against Pacific Marine.

    2023 Storm 1700

So I just got back from a 7 hour round trip purchasing a boat from PMC and I wouldn't of done it any other way. In my search of a boat I knew I wanted a Crestliner. I noticed not many people carry them so what's the deal. What I found out is CL is top notch alu boats in all categories. It led me to PMC where I met Dave over the phone. Everything from the 1st call was fully transparent and clear! I was after a specific size but even yet camo so I wouldn't see the scuffs. He had 5 on order (Storm 1700) in production but called the factory just in time to catch it in paint to get me the choice. 2 weeks amd 8 days later pow landed at PMC. I scheduled for today's pick up, arrived, signed and done. Jason was super accommodating, Dave was great and juggling 2 customers but on point. Broc was extremely attentive, and the Boss was very cool. What stood out the most was how customer based PMC was, hands down on point. I highly recommend everyone to PMC from small skiff to sky's the limit! Thanks guys!

We purchased our 2024 bayliner vr6 on July 20th 2024. On July 26th while loading up for a trip to shaver lake we played some music and noticed our tower speakers were not working . I called pacific marine and they informed me it would have to be there for a couple weeks. I had a local stereo shop check it out and it was determined the speaker connection was broken inside the speaker and became disconnected $65 to the stereo shop. They hooked them up temporarily until I had time to take back my 7 day old boat to pacific marine. The next day at shaver lake as we started our fist take off we noticed the mph on the boat was not working as we passed the slow buoys I began to speed up to an amazing speed full throttle to about 15 mph. Upon moving around putting more people in front taking people off still the same result. I then called pacific marine at 10:35am while I was still on the water I began talking to an individual about the mph and speed he assured me it would not affect our trip and to bring it the following week. We could not take my kids tubing because of slow speed nor could we even plane the boat couldn't get past 3500 rpms. On July 29th I was having my boat ceramic coated and the detailer pointed out plastic had not been taken off left side of decal only to find the reason was the decal was on crooked and peeling . On Wednesday July 31st I dropped the boat off and let the individual know about the decal, the speakers, the mph and boat had no power at the time I said the boat was only going 25mph little did I know it was a lot closer to 15mph. Also let him know scratches on tower, touch up paint on the inside of boat, scratches on passenger side in a square like shape. The individuals response was that he use to be a car salesman and that sort of thing happens on newer vehicles. Not exactly what you want to hear after a ruined 1st trip in a 60k boat! Spoiler alert no sorry was given at that time or through the whole process. I sent him pictures of the damages. August 6th I called to check status and the boat was not touched yet and was informed it would be 2 to 3 weeks. I was told if boat was purchased from them you get priority I don't know how much more priority with a boat that was bought and back at the shop the same week! I then called August 8th because the individual before said he would give a call back. Only to find out that the boat was still listed as a regular maintenance. Promise promise promise on august 14th I called again only to find out it was not in yet and they will have it the next day. I got a call and was told it was ready on the 15th and I let them know I would pick it up on the 16th and was promised to have it ready and washed. When I showed up I asked to speak with the manager or owner for all the inconvenience all through the process dating from first visit he was not in. I asked to speak to a tech and when they brought him out he told me that there was no issue on the computer but there was a hose disconnected and he assured me that would not have anything to do with boat speed only mph reading. He explained that the elevation would cause power loss and I would need a new prop and told me my motor 250 hp was a small motor for that boat. I am fairly new to boating and if he could have had it installed right then I probably would have went for it. I am sure glad I did not do it we took the boat back to shaver lake with the same amount of people and that boat ran awesome. Got it up to 38mph a whole 23mph faster. EVERYTHING FROM THEM WAS AN EXCUSE NEVER AN APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! Till this day I am waiting for a call that I had asked to speak to manager or owner and still have not received any word about DECAL, THE SPEAKERS, THE SCRATCHES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A FIRST TIME BOAT BUYER. I have all pictures with dates and call logs and text showing this horrible experience. Maybe they don't think it's frustrating for someone to buy a new boat and come 2 days shy of making your first payment before you get your boat back.

Since the boat I liked was a lot of money, I had lots of questions and did not want to regret my purchase. Mark spent lots of time on the phone with me answering questions before I finally drove down, 2 hours, to buy the boat. I've been extremely happy with the boat and it drives like a Porsche on water, especially for a 27' pontoon boat. I've actually had it up to 55 mph! I get a lot of attention whether towing it in town or on the water. It's just a very nice boat. We did have a cavitation issue whenever cornering. The boat kept up high RPMs but lost substantial speed in a sharp turn. After talking to Mark a few times, we decided to drop the motor an inch. I brought the boat down and Mark's mechanics lowered the motor. Got the boat back in the water and problem fixed. Last week: We keep our boat in covered storage during the off season and this last time I dropped it off, I'd forgotten to turn battery switch off. The house battery drained and I didn't catch this. I had my buddy drop me in the water and although the motor was running I didn't catch that I didn't have any gauges or power steering. With no steering, I had to get towed back. I didn't understand the problem at the time and although I knew it had to be electrical, I checked the fuses and they were all good. I called in to Semper and talked to Jason. This guy was very willing to help and told me he'd look into it. I figured I wouldn't here back for a few days since it was Saturday and also figured I wouldn't be on the lake this weekend, but I was wrong. An hour later I got a phone call from Jason. He recommended putting a jumper line between the cranking battery and the house battery. That was it!! Back on the water. Jason saved my weekend. He even called later in the day to see how things were going. I couldn't thank him enough. One last note: I've driven other pontoon brands and they just don't drive like a Manitou. You can just tell the quality between other boats and a Manitou. I paid $20k more for all the bells and whistles for a similar boat of a different brand and again, I'm really happy with my decision.

When he asked them about his issue they said "just because we are an authorized dealer, doesn't mean we know anything about it." When he asked about a warranty, they said they didn't know Suzuki had a warranty and that they didn't even know how to make a claim. They said they would charge $175 to look at it. Needless to say, we took it somewhere else.

I found a different dealer already and they'll handle my warranty work and service. About 3 days later he sends me a quick video saying its all good to go and no leaks. I went down and picked up my boat and the following Saturday I took it straight to the lake and not in the water 30min and I noticed its leaking from the exact spot it was when I brought it in to him. I texted and sent photos to the owner and he asked that I meet him on that following Monday at the lake and show him the leak so I did and it was leaking i then had to tow it all the way back to his shop and drop it off. I asked him if he replaced the steering seal like he quoted me and his response was "No I never ever ever ever seen those leak. He said he removed the engine and resealed the gimble ring to the transom. Well thats not what I asked to be done so he promised he was going to fix it. Well 3 weeks later after me stopping by and multiple text and calls he tells me I got it all fixed and for me to meet him at the lake so I did and guess what???? Still leaking!!! So he takes it back to his shop and pulls the engine again and tells me my gimbal housing bolts are bad and will break if he tries to reinstall it. He tells me he has a used one in good shape and will install it for me i told him ok well the next day he texted me and said OK shes all fixed up and ready for pickup and it would be another 1200 bucks because he had to pull the engine and outdrive. I told him he never fixed the leak in the first place so why would I pay him his labor on top of the last payment???? We settled on 600 for the part and I was fine with that. So I picked up the boat and went to the lake that day and guess what I NOW HAVE 3 LEAKS!!!!!! so it went back to him and after he replaced the seal I originally told him to replace it had 1 leak and a small leak and while I was at the lake sitting at the dock I had the engine cover open and I noticed a heavy smell of gas and its a good thing I didn't turn on the blower because this guy put my gas line back together with zip ties and one spot he didn't even use anything. I literally could have lost my life over the incompetence of this shop!!!!! Do your own research before bringing your boat here. I finally brought my boat home and had to pay someone else to replace all the seals that I originally asked this shop to replace. Boat is finally fixed!!!
