This dealer is one of the worst in service and integrity. This is how to lose a $80,000 sale. They lie and misrepresent. This is like so many of the other reviews almost similar to the "t". They did a lower unit seal on a motor with less than 100 hrs. When I returned home it was leaking oil. When I called them on it they indicated it was "residual" and to run it some more. Still leaking. When I took it in the second time it was still leaking and the "new" battery they had previously installed was completely dead. They called me and told me to pick-up the boat that it did not leak and that there was no problem with the battery or the charging system. At this point I called them on their lies. I had emailed 5 pictures of the oil leaking. They never fix the charging problem. Unbeknownst to them, I had actually looked a second boat they had in the showroom a Regency 250 for about 75K. Oh sure you took me for $1,500 but you spared me from a world of headaches of having to deal with you in the future. Your nearsightedness, dishonesty and lack of integrity cost you more than you will ever know this time. On the charging system - I had alternator tested and it was completely dead. So no, I do not think I needed a new battery. This is just a word to the wise, buyer be aware. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE - or like someone with Covid!!

Cracked Hull that was not disclosed to me

Bought a used boat from this company. I live out of state, so I trusted the salesman (Brandon) and the pictures they provided to make my decision. I was told there was absolutely no problems with the boat and I had nothing to worry about. I asked tons of questions and kept being told "our guys looked over everything" and I could trust their process. I trusted the company and bought the boat and had it shipped to me. I took the boat up to my local centurion dealership and had them look it over. They immediately found small cracks in the hull near the rudder and we also found that the stinger plate paddles on the steering wheel did not work. When I sent the info and pictures to Bohner Lacefield, they would not accept responsibility and implied it was my fault for not using their shipper. They claimed the boat could have been damaged while being towed to me...but the boat was shipped on top of a trailer. It had no chance of getting hit or going over something because it was on a trailer. There was no excuse about the stinger plate paddles not working...they just ignored me from that point on. They stopped replying to my emails and requests and have heard nothing more from them. I trusted Brandon and this company and got burned. They are not trustworthy people and have zero integrity I guess. I would highly recommend finding a different dealership that shows better commitment to their customers and have integrity.

Thanks for the opportunity from having received my Bayliner from you guys some years back. Have always had a good experience with you guys through our maintenances and now trying to sell our boat and again through you guys. Customer service has been great. If later in the future we want another boat, believe us we're coming back to you guys.

They serviced my boat motor and finished ahead of the expected finish date which made this boat owner very happy.

Not many people ask if we need bottle water, if we want room temperature or refrigerator cold bottle water. That was a plus. As we were looking at boats with Jason, he was so polite & went beyond our expectations. We looked at two boats and found the one we wanted. We also met Jack the owner which he was amazing and Very down to earth. Can't say anything negative about this place. They were very professional and personal to me and my wife. We put a money down for the boat we wanted and started the loan process. Which was a Breeze, was Nothing like purchasing a car. It was Very easy. We came back that Friday to get our boat. We actually got to meet the team that works there. Such an amazing place and great people. Everyone was very personal, they joked and the laughed with us. It was like we were family. Jason helped us with getting extra stuff that we were going to need for our boat. They showed us how to work the boat, how to put on the Bimini top on, how to attach and how to take down. We never felt they were in rush to get us out of there. They answered questions we had. They are a top notch boat dealership. If you are looking for a boat to buy use or new. This is the place. Can't wait to come back to bring in our boat for service. Or to just say hi to everyone. Thank you to everyone who helped out with getting us ready to enjoy our boat. Best decision ever!! Sent a email as a goof. Ed contacted me and depsite being almost 5 hours away, we had a great deal on a pontoon and a trade in for our old boat. When we arrived, Jason showed us everything we needed to know about our new pontoon and put us at ease about the large purchase. He even gave us his cell number if we had any questions. Financing was easy. Everyone was really nice and inviting. Really, the got us in our dreamboat. It was a 13 hour round trip from our house but 100% worth it. Dont be afraid to reach out and make a drive. We hope to never part with our new pontoon, but if we ever need to upgrade, we're going back.

Since the boat I liked was a lot of money, I had lots of questions and did not want to regret my purchase. Mark spent lots of time on the phone with me answering questions before I finally drove down, 2 hours, to buy the boat. I've been extremely happy with the boat and it drives like a Porsche on water, especially for a 27' pontoon boat. I've actually had it up to 55 mph! I get a lot of attention whether towing it in town or on the water. It's just a very nice boat. We did have a cavitation issue whenever cornering. The boat kept up high RPMs but lost substantial speed in a sharp turn. After talking to Mark a few times, we decided to drop the motor an inch. I brought the boat down and Mark's mechanics lowered the motor. Got the boat back in the water and problem fixed. Last week: We keep our boat in covered storage during the off season and this last time I dropped it off, I'd forgotten to turn battery switch off. The house battery drained and I didn't catch this. I had my buddy drop me in the water and although the motor was running I didn't catch that I didn't have any gauges or power steering. With no steering, I had to get towed back. I didn't understand the problem at the time and although I knew it had to be electrical, I checked the fuses and they were all good. I called in to Semper and talked to Jason. This guy was very willing to help and told me he'd look into it. I figured I wouldn't here back for a few days since it was Saturday and also figured I wouldn't be on the lake this weekend, but I was wrong. An hour later I got a phone call from Jason. He recommended putting a jumper line between the cranking battery and the house battery. That was it!! Back on the water. Jason saved my weekend. He even called later in the day to see how things were going. I couldn't thank him enough. One last note: I've driven other pontoon brands and they just don't drive like a Manitou. You can just tell the quality between other boats and a Manitou. I paid $20k more for all the bells and whistles for a similar boat of a different brand and again, I'm really happy with my decision.

When he asked them about his issue they said "just because we are an authorized dealer, doesn't mean we know anything about it." When he asked about a warranty, they said they didn't know Suzuki had a warranty and that they didn't even know how to make a claim. They said they would charge $175 to look at it. About 3 days later he sends me a quick video saying its all good to go and no leaks. I went down and picked up my boat and the following Saturday I took it straight to the lake and not in the water 30min and I noticed its leaking from the exact spot it was when I brought it in to him. I texted and sent photos to the owner and he asked that I meet him on that following Monday at the lake and show him the leak so I did and it was leaking i then had to tow it all the way back to his shop and drop it off. I asked him if he replaced the steering seal like he quoted me and his response was "No I never ever ever ever seen those leak. He said he removed the engine and resealed the gimble ring to the transom. Well thats not what I asked to be done so he promised he was going to fix it. Well 3 weeks later after me stopping by and multiple text and calls he tells me I got it all fixed and for me to meet him at the lake so I did and guess what???? Still leaking!!! So he takes it back to his shop and pulls the engine again and tells me my gimbal housing bolts are bad and will break if he tries to reinstall it. He tells me he has a used one in good shape and will install it for me i told him ok well the next day he texted me and said OK shes all fixed up and ready for pickup and it would be another 1200 bucks because he had to pull the engine and outdrive. I told him he never fixed the leak in the first place so why would I pay him his labor on top of the last payment???? We settled on 600 for the part and I was fine with that. So I picked up the boat and went to the lake that day and guess what I NOW HAVE 3 LEAKS!!!!!! so it went back to him and after he replaced the seal I originally told him to replace it had 1 leak and a small leak and while I was at the lake sitting at the dock I had the engine cover open and I noticed a heavy smell of gas and its a good thing I didn't turn on the blower because this guy put my gas line back together with zip ties and one spot he didn't even use anything. I literally could have lost my life over the incompetence of this shop!!!!! Do your own research before bringing your boat here. I finally brought my boat home and had to pay someone else to replace all the seals that I originally asked this shop to replace. Boat is finally fixed!!!
