I've had Valley Kwik Oil change my fuel filters twice now. Price is well below that of the dealerships. This past event there was a problem. Seems a sensor went bad after the job was complete. The truck thru a check engine light with a code for low rail pressure. I limped it back to their shop and they worked on it until the found the problem. It wasn't their fault the sensor went bad but the changed it for me and didn't charge me for it. This is a great crew of mechanics and they will have my business as long as I am in the valley. 1st place I called with a reasonable price for an oil change. A very kind woman picked the phone up, answered my questions, and she eventually checked me out as soon as everything was said and done. The two dudes there were also really cool, and they both worked together to get the job done as quickly as possible. I was the only person there but it only took them 20 minutes to drain and add new oil. Overall it's cheap, quick, and they're great to interact with. I recommend this place 100% and will start getting oil changes here regularly. read more

They have been closed for a while but are now open for business. I just Happened to drive by and noticed that they were open again. I've tried three or four of the other oil change places in town During this Covid debacle and never found any of them that I liked. I am happy that they are open again. I always prefer to support local small businesses. Please go see them if you can. They are only open Tuesday through Saturday. read more

The service was awesome. They invited me in the office waiting room as it was freezing outside in the morning. Service was quick and efficient, I just wish they had coffee going, that would've made my day start off perfectly. They told me what oil was best for my car and got started right away, and finished in maybe 15-20 minutes. Prices was reasonable. read more

NEVER use these incompetents! I went in for an oil change, and my very first impression of the guy I saw and spoke to, was an extremely negative, hateful vibe. I gave him benefit if doubt. Then the woman in the shop gave off the same disgusting vibes, but by then, I was already in the shop. Next thing you know, the guy tells me my "drain plug is broken", and he 'cannot do the oil change'. I called my regular oil changers, took my car there, and after speaking to them, I am 100% convinced, the bad vibes guy, used the wrong tool to remove the drain plug, and broke it!! A wise person, will NEVER use this place! Only reason I went there is because, I was out of town, and was near the time for an oil change. I should have gone with my gut instinct, and avoided this place like the plague! I eventually went to my regular oil change guys, who are personable and great! They fixed the problem. I'm happy now. Been going here for years, feel they must have had change of ownership, was told I had no power steering fluid and they didn't carry it for my vehicle, took it to have it checked for problems and found normal fluid level, went back to kwik oil to advise them and was told owner would call me, four days later no call so I called them, owner to busy for my call, went to shop next day, no customers so owner spoke with me and accused me of harassment and could not help me, VERY RUDE, unprofessional and employ personal without good knowledge of job. 100 0/0 Dissatisfied!!!! read more

Seems to have suddenly turned into a high pressure place. Told me trans. needed oil chg. Just had it checked at Trans. shop. Told me I need a new battery, mine is 8 years old. Actually is 6 years old & checks fine. Also price is pretty high, especially with no car wash. Slopped oil & it dripped all over my driveway. read more

I have been a customer here for over 20 years and was not happy with my service today. Basically only the oil was changed and my air filter was checked. The battery, tires, power steering and brake fluid was not checked and the windshield was not cleaned. This is not the place I have brought so many cars to and needs to be fixed. On top of that the price has risen considerably. read more
