The last…read morefew times I've been here, they've been short-staffed, and coming from a retail background myself, I completely understand how tough that can be. Despite that, the manager, Miguel, is always working hard and apologizes for any delays while doing his best to help everyone in a timely manner. Today I witnessed a situation where a customer came in with a dog off leash. Miguel calmly and respectfully explained the store policy about keeping dogs on a leash for safety reasons. The customer became defensive and rude, even calling him names, but Miguel stayed professional the entire time and handled the situation with patience and respect. On top of that, he still went out of his way to help me find the dog food I needed while I was checking out. That kind of customer service and composure under pressure deserves recognition. Miguel is doing a great job, especially considering the staffing challenges. I hope corporate and other customers recognize the effort he puts in every day. People like him make the shopping experience better.

And Brianna took my Veterans discount (Fourth of July) off manually. I was truly happy to know my new TSC go to store will not disappoint me. The customer service was outstanding. Team Member, Brianna, super helpful. Leadership skills goes from the top down. They only had alfalfa available since straw has been hard to come by. I was looking for some for my garden since a bale of hay is equivalent to a small package of it if I went to a garden store. The straw usually is about $12 a bale when it's available. They said to check back in October. So I might call then for the following season. But at least they had alfalfa if I wanted that. They do carry taste of the wild dog food and some other random ones as well. They sometimes have chickens and they seem to have a small amount of horse tack and halters. Plenty of parking in the lot. He was doing this as he was taping up the doors and windows due to the dangerous smoke levels. I really don't know what more anyone could ask for. They have my unconditional loyalty. I refuse to wash her at home because of the amount of hair that she loses daily and especially when she gets a bath. I love the tractor supplies around the corner from my house and they have a dog wash. I've been to other dog washes prior, and they were a little more dog friendly because they did have ramps or steps for the dogs to walk up. My dog is a little heavy chunker Nutter, so sometimes it can be hard to lift her into the tub. The dog wash is very convenient what I need to give her a bath. It is so much better putting her in a tub instead of trying to wash her out outside in the backyard or try to wash it in my bathtub. The dog washroom is a little cramped. There's two dog tubs and they're very close together and their room is very small. When I went, I was alone, but when I went in the room, there was a father and his son, so the three of us in there was a little close. It's definitely a room that you want to get in and get out of as fast as you can just because of the closeness and the heat generating from the two dogs and the people in the room. Don't get me wrong. It is an extreme convenience not to have to try and wash her at home. I just wish the room was a little more inviting. Prior to her bath, we walked around the store. It was super nice and clean and cute. The employees were super helpful and answered all of my questions. While we were waiting for one of the tubs to become free, I did purchase this super cute decorative pig for my backyard. We will be going again because of the ease of washing my dog. You can't beat the price. Washing your dog there is totally worth the price especially not having to bend over to wash them in your own tub or in your backyard.

I asked another employee, also new ( it was her 2nd day)that couldnt help.... and managed to get the chain cut myself the rest of the way with a multitool on my keychain. I went up front to pay for it, and 1 cashier told me the other line was faster( she was doing a credit card application) . I went to self check out and discovered i cant buy the chain there. I stood in line for another 5 minutes, and the cashier and another employee couldnt figure out how to charge me for 2 feet of chain, I took a picture of their part number and showed it to them. A whole lot of new employees that havent been trained, thinking thats a management problem? 30 minutes to do something that shouldve taken 5-10, and could not accomplish it
