Wait before you rent a car any where else, this is the place to go…read more i called last week and reserved a car to pickup today, these people are very friendly over the phone and in person. when i arrived the car was sitting out front waiting on me, no long lines to wait while they go get my car ready as do the big rental agencies. went in, checked in gave the necessary documents, checked the car and i was on my way in 15 minutes or less. last but not least the pricing was excellent and the car was extremely nice. thank you, will only rent from here from now on.

The truck was turned in after hours and he owner had agreed on a later return on a Sunday night. It was turned in after hours as agreed, but because I paid cash I could not return it electronically. I got a demand email from Uhaul saying I owed more money. I explained the circumstances in the refute bill, but it was ignored. Next thing I felt is a call from a collection agency. There are other locations, I would consider them 1st before going to JC Uhaul.

Said it was "districts" decision. They had another truck the same size but would not let us have it because "someone we know" had a reservation at 1pm.
