The place where we had to leave the vehicle had surveillance cameras and they gladly showed us that they were not involved in the thief of the converter. Someone spotted C&K truck along side of the hwy with my vehicle and the driver was seen back there with cutting tools. Being broke down is one thing but having to buy a converter is another. There's other towing services out there besides them. If you don't care if your converter gets cut off by this company then hire them. They lost this family as a customer.

Glad he did, the people there were fantastic. The manager Nikki was so pleasant, thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and rightfully proud of their work. I was also impressed that she applies LEAN process management at her shop and the team's focus on this clearly makes a quality difference. Funny, when I picked up the car i barely recognized it as they had thoroughly cleaned the vehicle--much cleaner than it has been in years! Highly recommend this shop for great service, high quality work, and fair pricing.

Mike was able to fix within 3 days, and he gave me a fair price. I am young and I was in a foreign place, normally mechanics would try to rip me off. Mike practiced honest and fair services for me. The second was really recently. My brand new car engine broke. Mike ran some diagnostics, and informed me of the bad news. He immediately looked for a new engine at a nice price , and even knew what to say to the dishonest dealership so they couldn't cheat me out of the warranty. For background: I'm an automotive engineer, and I trust Mike to deliver fair and honest assistance in automotive repair.

We have to replace heating coil, water pump and thermostat. All within 5 months of getting the car. They lack customer service skills as well. Before we spent the money to fix the water pump we looked into trading the jeep in. That's when we ran into the WORST salesman I have ever met. His name was Mark Guyer. He took us through vehicles and he spent 15 minutes and left us in the rain. While he tried to find keys for a test drive. He never apologized for our wait, and after that we agreed to purchase the car. He said he would ball call us in a hour to sign papers. Well, after 5 hours I called him and was told he left. So he left us high and dry with no answer and a broken down vehicle. I called him back the very next day and he was very short on the phone with me. He was very rude and disrespectful the whole time. He said "I'm busy, call you later." No bye or anything. He didn't even ask my name or number. I waited again no call. So I called back like 5 hours later was told he left again. Day 2 no car, or answer. So I asked to talk to someone else they said since he was the one doing the deal they couldn't do it without him. Day 3 he was off that day. Day 4, I finally get ahold of him. He says well we weren't able to do it. I called you to tell you. I said you never called me. He said I was a liar and hung up. The operators were just as clueless, how this place functions is beyond me. Just awful! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
