We were looking for a garage "touch up" + front yard update. I found 3 - 4 contractors and WTG…read morebuilders was one of the most responsive contractors with a competitive bid for the work we wanted. Project manager Josef was excellent in bringing in his partners (designers, foreman, etc.) to ensure from the design to finish we were collaborating and satisfied with the end result. For the garage, we had it drywalled (no insulation), installation of a attic ladder (bought from Home Depot) to make use of a pre-built storage area, updated garage door and exterior lighting. Front yard included adding extra pavement to be able to park two cars on the driveway (we have the pre WW II one car driveway) but looks like a part of the front yard design, installation of artificial grass (YAY), redo of the front porch to include redoing the porch ceiling with a bare wood look, and installation of a pathway to the front steps. We had 3 home improvement projects in the last couple of years (including this project) and WTG Builders was the best in terms of responsiveness, communication, and setting expectations. Perhaps I'm more wiser too about projects but I appreciated Project Manager Josef's communication and updates and the various trade teams were fantastic. I also took into consideration their work in the local Long Beach/Lakewood area which I think is important. I would use them again and recommend them for similar projects!

This remodel was bigger than the first job. It wasn't easy because there were many funny little issues in addition to the significant problems needing to be fixed. From the start, they made sure to go over every single detail and explain what each choice would mean. We weren't the easiest clients this time around because we changed our minds so many times, but it was never a problem. They were kind and patient throughout, and always had good workarounds for every issue, just like with the project 11 years ago. The job just concluded last week, and the work is top notch. I cannot express how much I hate doing this kind of project, but Oren and Eden Builders made this as tolerable as can be. Hopefully, it's not going to be anytime soon, but the next project will be with Eden Builders too. Thanks Oren and team for another amazing job.

I told them I wanted color-changing LED lighting, custom shelving for my consoles, a clean dual-monitor setup, and soundproofing for late-night gaming. They didn't just agree they brought back even better ideas. They redesigned the whole room, added hidden cable channels so everything looks flawless, installed floating shelves with LEDs underneath, and helped me choose the perfect paint color to make the room glow. They also suggested adding foam acoustic panels throughout the space, which ended up making the room perfectly soundproof. Every detail from the way I wanted the lighting to reflect off the walls to the exact height of my monitor mountwas done with crazy precision. The final setup looks like something straight out of a YouTube gaming tour. The quality, communication, and attention to detail were all 10/10. They turned a basic room into a full gaming sanctuary, and I can't stop showing it off. If you need a company that listens and brings your ideas to life, Green Remodeling is the one. I'll definitely be hiring them again.

He helped us coordinate with the insurance company, and got to work almost immediately. I was shocked by how efficient he was at coordinating the different subcontractors who installed the floors, cabinets, counters, tile backsplash, painters, etc. It was like a well oiled machine with almost no days where work wasn't being conducted, including Saturdays. My wife and I went into the process of looking for contractors expecting we could be without a kitchen for months. Turned out, with Palatin, the whole renovation only took about 4 weeks! If anyone has been through a major renovation, and had to get temporary housing, you know there is nothing more valuable than limiting the time away from home... except the quality of the work. Luckily, Palatin did not disappoint in quality either. We LOVE our new kitchen. The cabinets are great quality and look amazing. The counters are beautiful. The backsplash is pure art, and the floors and moulding are exactly what we wanted.

You read that right. A contractor who is consistently present and involved. The level of caring for the projects this team handles is unmatched. Through the project, they recommend things, never push things. A rarely in this field. We have used New Leaf Remodeling a total of three times. Once for a master bathroom remodel that came out incredible. Second for a quick (and easy!) kitchen counter remodel. The third time is when we had a water leak that flooded one room. We called New Leaf and he was there the very next day. (Same day was not needed because of the restoration demolition). He let us know he has his team on standby for when we got the all clear that all the water was dry in the frame. And guess what, the day after we got the all clear from restoration people, New Leaf was there to go over the room rebuild and to get started. We are already trying to think of when we can use them again.

It's a small space, but it was important to us to make it work better for our family by adding a larger tub, moving the toilet to accommodate it, and updating all the materials ...vanity, flooring, tile, mirror, etc and while keeping everything cohesive with our design style. We had high expectations going in because family members had worked with Pini and his team on both a kitchen and a bathroom project and raved about their experience. From the start, Pini was straightforward, transparent, and his pricing was exactly what we were hoping for! Especially after getting quotes from other companies that were outrageously more than double. The entire project took around four weeks (a bit longer than expected, but understandable with an older home and a very detail-oriented wife)! Through it all, Pini and his crew were extremely responsive, addressing any issues right away, even on weekends. Pini personally stopped by every day to check progress and offered valuable guidance from his years of experience. He even went shopping with us for materials, which made the process so much smoother. We can't say enough great things about his crew either! They work fast, do high-quality work, and are respectful of your home and space. This was our first major renovation, and we didn't know exactly what to expect, but the experience has made us excited to take on more projects in the future. Our advice for anyone starting a renovation is to stay involved and ask lots of questions, you'll learn so much along the way. In the end, we absolutely love our new bathroom. It turned out exactly as we hoped and imagined. After waiting four years to tackle this room, it's now the nicest space in our home! So much so that the rest of the house needs to catch up! Thank you to Pini and the entire Team Remodeling crew. We'd gladly work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation. They're a pleasure to work with and deliver excellent results.
