We were then seated in the very back of the restaurant, past the main dining area and into the bar section. I understand seating can depend on waiter availability, but as a Black person in America, I am all too familiar with being placed in the "back" and decided to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. After all, I love the Ashland, Kentucky location. Unfortunately, on this second visit, I was once again seated in the back--this time at least in the dining area. The experience did not improve. Unlike my first visit, where the food was at least hot and flavorful, this time the food was the worst I've had from this chain, both in taste and temperature. If you are Black, I strongly suggest avoiding this location. The treatment and quality here do not compare to the Ashland, Kentucky restaurant and left me deeply disappointed.
