When I reached out for pricing and availability, John was quick to reply and upfront. No hidden fees and prices were fair! We were picked up in a black suburban at 5am and on our return picked up from LAX at 10:40pm--right on time! It was such a relief to know we didn't have to navigate shuttles or find nearby parking. We are so thankful! I have shared with friends and know that when we need another ride, D&J will be the first place I go to. Thank you again!

As the bride, I got to ride in the Rolls Royce on the way to church and on the way there I told my mom (who was riding with me) that I was hungry. Being the bride, it was tough to eat much that day, and the driver overheard our conversation and offered to stop at the nearest fast food restaurant for me. I explained we had no money on us (since we weren't carrying any type of purses) but he insisted that he could purchase my meal. The meal cost our driver no more than $3, but it was the thought and the exceptional customer service he provided me with, that I will never forget. To Rich and Famous, continue doing what you're doing as you're doing a great job at it. Last night, we used them again for a Noah Kahan concert at the Rose Bowl, and our driver Lila made the whole night easy. The car was beautiful, clean, and clearly newer, exactly what you want for a special night out. Lila was easy to communicate with leading up to pickup, and when we arrived at the lot, she was already standing outside with the car lights on so we could spot her right away. Getting in and out of a sold out Rose Bowl show is genuinely no small task with traffic and crowds, but she navigated it smoothly and got us home without any stress. Their prices are competitive, especially considering the quality of the vehicles and how well maintained everything is. We'll keep coming back for special occasions. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, professional car service.
