I thought I had a problem with the sliding glass door shades closing. Went into the store to pay and also say I had a problem. Super nice man said ok he's come over and have a look. I immediately realized I was an idiot, moron, or other similar term. It was operator error, all the way. He was so nice. I cannot convey how stupid I felt and how nonchalant he was about it.
