I recently completed my stay at Valley and Bloom, and I want to be very clear: the on-site management team led by Magda and Reggie is the sole reason this review has any positive stars. They are exceptional at what they do--professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to keeping the building clean, functional, and welcoming. Their team works early mornings, late nights, and everything in between. They are the heartbeat of the property, and any praise this building receives should go directly to them. Unfortunately, the ownership and corporate leadership behind Valley and Bloom--LCOR--operate at the opposite end of the spectrum. My experience with the owners was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times completely negligent. Parking Garage & Security Issues The garage is marketed as a benefit of living here, but what they don't tell you is that it's owned under a separate LLC. When my car was hit--causing $1,700 in damage--there was zero accountability. The building has cameras only at the entrances, not throughout the garage, and ownership made no effort to help identify what happened or take responsibility. It's promoted as part of the lease, yet structured in a way that shields them from liability. Construction Delays A "two-week" second-floor rehab project dragged on for more than two months. During this time, access to the main level was frequently blocked. They brought in day laborers from Pennsylvania, which may explain the delay, but what's worse is that tenants continued paying full rent despite the inconvenience and reduced access. Internet & Data Security Concerns The building's internet offering--also owned by the same parent company--raised serious red flags. Management has access to passwords for tenant access points, and during one troubleshooting call with a help desk in Asia, I was given access to a neighbor's access point as a way of "testing" my end device. This is a complete breach of security and privacy. When I raised these concerns to LCOR's COO, Mike Hogentogler, I received no response to either my email or voicemail. After eight years with the company, perhaps he doesn't feel the need to acknowledge "petty renters" paying $3,400 a month. Final Thoughts To be clear: Magda, Reggie, and their team earn a 5-star rating. They are outstanding people doing the work that corporate leadership fails to support. I would recommend them for any property management role--they are the only bright spot in my experience. My experience with LCOR--the ownership--was genuinely awful. The lack of accountability, poor communication, questionable data security, and total disregard for tenants make them a company I would never do business with again. This was hands down the worst experience applying to a "luxury" apartment building (and I use that term loosely) I've ever had. Reggie is your typical "nice guy" salesman, but don't be swindled by him. After we applied, they spent over 3 weeks dragging their feet and making up every excuse in the book on why it took so long for my application to get approved. Everywhere else it only takes 1-2 days. And it ONLY took 3 weeks because I kept calling and asking for updates...otherwise, they won't update you or remember to even submit your application. After stealing our money for the deposit, it still took me multiple attempts to contact them for them to say "oh yeah, we've been meaning to call you, the apartment you applied for actually isn't available. But don't worry! We'll get you in an even smaller and more expensive unit!" No sorry, no discount, no nothing. We lost a month waiting to hear back from these people and now are left scrambling to find housing last minute. They even seemed offended when I demanded a quick refund- and again, zero apologies and said the refund would take up to 10 days even though the whole mess was their fault. Brian actually hung up on me mid-sentence as I was asking for my refund, which is alarming. We had to reach out to LCor/Terri Burkett just to get our money back because this place is run like a scam. I approached management recently to see if they would make any accommodation based on their post about "discussing" the issue. Absolutely no change from what they said earlier. They passed the blame onto the internet provider not being able to adjust the automated network password. Sorry, I do not believe it as the resident portal for the service allows for complex automated passwords. I think they are okay with collecting their portion of the $840 USD per member of their tenants who either know about the vulnerability or whose WFH capabilities from work warn against using such networks. God, I even got a warning from Antivirus provider about their network. Just know that you will need to pay this superfluous penalty before you decide to get to the point of signing the lease upon moving in to the complex. read more

I feel the need to write a second review as things have only gotten worse. We pay luxury rent while given poor quality service. We have now had about 6 packages mislabeled. I am not sure why it's that hard to copy the exact address on the package, but our neighbor in the twin building opened my package as our management labeled the package incorrectly. While that neighbor was quite gracious and returned the item, not everyone is as kind, and I have sensitive packages such as medicine shipped to me. When we brought this up to management, we were essentially gaslit. "Mistakes happen" was their overall tone....while if I continuously made the same mistake at work, I would be fired. But anything goes here.... On top of that, you can tell the LCOR, the company that owns this building, does not give a single crap! When we asked if LCOR would ever bring back the concierge, Magda scoffed and let us know that would never happen. Great to see all of our money go straight to their pockets and not to any investment into their crappy buildings. On top of that, our lovely upstairs neighbors love waking us up super early in the morning and super late at night. They are literally stomping around their apartment. We brought this up to Magda, the property manager. She said she would handle it, yet the stopping went on for weeks, and since Magda did not update us if she ever spoke to them, we kindly went upstairs to resolve the issue ourselves. The issue is slightly resolved (we still hear the galloping upstairs it it has tapered a little bit). The gag again is, that we were then vilified and berated for taking care of the issue ourselves. On top of that, it would have been nice to know there was a process/channel to go through, but when we first brought this up to Magda, all she said was she would handle it, and never went into details about how to move forward if it didn't stop. We only learned this AFTER the fact, which was really useless. On top of this, every time my boyfriend and I go to management, we are infantilized. Magda, in our first meeting, pointed out how she's been doing this for years, and "we're just babies". I kindly pointed out I am 25, and my boyfriend is 30 years old, and my boyfriend has lived in several luxury apartments in NYC four years before, of which he had never had a problem, let alone this many. We are not new to this, nor are we idiots or babies. On top of this, when we brought up the fact a neighbor of ours had the same complaints, Magda was more upset over the fact that this neighbor was speaking ill of the building (when they are indeed telling nothing but facts), and was going to make it a point to talk to them....because I guess that is the most pressing matter at hand. Also, free speech is a thing! They are allowed to say whatever they wants. I know he has complained to them in the past as well, with nothing done....so what else can they do, for Christ's sake? DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. You'll be paying out the wazoo for, quite frankly, shit services. There are always excuses. So please, if anything, do yourself a favor and do not move here. It is not worth the money, at all!!! I can recommend The Six Points in the neighboring town, Bloomfield. My friend lives there, and their management goes above and beyond. My friend was horrified to learn about all of the bullshit we have gone through at Valley and Bloom and was proud to say that The Six Points does everything correctly and timely, and have been nothing but. a blessing. I should have really let the reviews speak for themselves... When returning to my apartment (well after midnight and freezing cold), my key fob magicially stopped working and I was left standing outside for 20 minutes hoping a resident would come outside. When this didn't happen, I pulled my car out of the garage and waited in my car for another 45 minutes for someone to come outside. To make matters worse, I had a business meeting which required me to leave at 5 am and this significantly delayed me. They have an emergency maintenance line in which I called REPEATEDLY, no one answered or returned my voicemail message. A COMPLETE SAFETY RISK. I also have a 2 year old and could not afford for that to happen when with her so let them know I would not be renewing my lease ($3,400 for a subpar 1 bedroom at that). Management questioned me on whether or not I contacted their emergency line and said malfunctions with their key fobs happen ("sorry it happened after business hrs")... complete disregard and sensitivity to the situation. Instead questioned me on the details of the event and noted that perhaps another magical emergency maintenance line wasn't used. And to further add insult to injury, they sent me a move out statement and decided to amend it and add another $1,500 for leaving with 1.5 months notice (DUE TO THIS INCIDENT) instead of 2. Complete rip off. RUN from this place. Not worth it. Premises smell like garbage every Sunday anyway and all you hear is construction 7 am M-Sat ... So thank you Valley & Bloom .... Do not walk, RUNNNN away from this complex!!! I lived here and became incredibly sick due to mold in their HVAC. I ended up getting so ill and was diagnosed with mast cell activation syndrome and an autoimmune condition where I need to receive infusions of IVIG every week possibly for the rest of my life. While living in the apt I began having anaphylactic reactions each time the heat turned on. I went to the ER multiple times and an allergist, immunologist, and mold specialist all tested my body and found high levels of mold mycotoxins. The apartment was tested as well and the same mold spores were in the HVAC system at dangerously high levels. NJ law states that the tenant can break the lease due to medical injury, when documented proof is provided. I have piles of paperwork showing medical documentation and letters from my doctors stating the apartment was causing a decline in my health. NJs law also states that if the apartment is rented out, that mitigates the landlord from persuing rent from the previous tenant. Valley and Bloom has already rented out the apt. They have also not fixed the HVAC system for the next tenant either. Valley and Bloom is trying to get me to pay them about 8K, even after seeing my medical documentation and email from my attorney. They also hired a collection agency to come after me. My attorney explained that what they are doing is completely illegal I am in the process of suing them for medical injury. I am a physician myself, and I have been asked to speak at two conferences and on 4 podcasts specifically about my experience, as it was handled so badly. When speaking with Building Biologists and multiple doctors they are seeing people become sick from new buildings because the buildings are made to be energy efficient, and while doing so it creates really tight complexes. If the heating and cooling system has a mold issue, such as the HVAC system because it is the lungs of the home, then renters can become debilitatingly ill. I reached out to the top mold inspectors and remediatiots in the US and they have never heard of an apartment complex handling a clear cut case like this so poorly. I've lived here since 2017 and in the last year to year and a half or so, this building has rapidly declined from a five-star experience to a one-star nightmare. While the building staff are extremely friendly and truly a joy to interact with, the management company, LCOR, has started cutting amenities left and right while increasing the price of living here. The two most recent cost-cutting measures are: 1) the building's package room and 2) the building's trash collection. The management company has inexplicably decided to get rid of the staff who once worked the package room. Staff once logged packages, and residents would get notifications alerting them to a package's delivery. Then, residents would be able to pick up the packages with the help of the staff manning the package room. Now, management expects FedEx and UPS to individually scan each resident's package. Of course, management doesn't employ the FedEx and UPS workers so packages are not being scanned in and are instead being left out in the open where anyone walking past can see them. If you're lucky, your package is--often without any notice being sent to you--dumped into the package room. Of course, you can't access the package room without the notification that your package has been delivered. If you're lucky enough to get a notification, good luck actually finding your package, as there's no discernable organizational system. Second, the management has recently implemented what they're marketing as a "luxury trash valet" service. The only luxury this service has provided is the luxury of trash piled in the hallways. Residents are now required to leave trash in the hallway to be picked up where before, each resident was responsible for disposing of trash via convenient trash rooms. This has absolutely ruined the apartment's aesthetic. Despite slashing amenities left and right, the yearly amenity fee has remained a hefty $500.00. Anyone not currently in a lease is also going to be expected to pay $25.00/month ($300.00/year) for the so-called luxury of trash in the hallways. UPDATE: In order for my sister's credit to be restored (she had lived with me), the managerial staff of Valley & Bloom stated that we must remove the review. It has since been several months, and I want to thank them for solving an issue (although one that they initially caused). I do, though, feel it is important that my story is told. Boy what an atrocious experience I had here. I was a resident with Valley and Bloom for exactly a year, and apart from the charismatic and truly essential concierges (most of them at least), living here was a disaster. At first glance, this complex is gorgeous. The apartments themselves are modern, aesthetically pleasing, and the utilities are very well allocated for the amount of room offered. seem to have it all - full gym, recreational room for kids as well as adults, and what really sets them apart is the 6th floor full patio and lounge area. Gives you an excellent view of new York City, considering the location and distance. Their level of security, 24-7 concierge services, front lounge area and parking lot adjacent to the building (although owned by a different company which has it's own set of serious drawbacks) are simply icing on the cake.  Now for the negative aspects of living here. I would say my biggest complaint was poor managerial decisions and structure, but it's a hard choice. An experience I had during a flooding incident here does a wonderful job of explaining why I feel this way. To my recollection, the flooding occurred around March of 2017, where someone supposedly left their sink or other faucet on, which caused the both of the two elevators in the complex to stop working. As a Type 1 Diabetic, I am inclined to keep or be close to my supplies at all times. I cannot always carry these supplies on me, and therefore use them at home. When I asked how I was to get to my room during this event, one of the staff here (who took care of all ultimate decisions it would appear), advised me to contact her to use the stairs. Yes - the stairs were only accessible from the inside, on the upper floors. In other words, you had to use the elevator to get to the stairs. No keys were given to ANY residents to enter from the outside. So I asked, what if you are not around? She advised me she will always be around to let me in, no matter what. 20 minutes later when the elevators were still out of order and I needed to go upstairs to my apartment for my medical condition, and could not access the stairs because they were only accessible from the inside on the upper floors - she was nowhere to be found. Besides the fact that this clearly posed a major safety issue for me and possibly many others, her attitude was outright appalling. In the several times I had conversed with her, she always seemed to have something stuck up her butt. My other poor experience that I feel is detrimental to explaining why I have such strong negative feelings towards this complex is simple - after leaving the apartment, I never received my initial deposit back. In fact, I was changed a real deal more. Several weeks after moving out, I contacted management, asking why my deposit had not been returned. I was told that it was because the floors in my apartment were basically destroyed. They explained that they had scratches, deep ones, all over the length of each bedroom and the living room/kitchen. I must say, there were some light scratches, but noting near what they had stated. They mentioned that due to this, they would need to replace all of the flooring, and it would cost around $4,500. In return, I explained that I had spoke to the maintenance staff on how poor of quality the floorboards were when I initially arrived, and how even simply walking in sneakers could leave a scratch on them. Particle board would have held up much better. Besides this, I still managed to keep the floors as clean as possible. I never dragged furniture, I cleaned them weekly, and I - most importantly - explained this to the staff before. But as you can guess, none of this was of concern to management. They just wanted to keep my money. And because they already had it, and at the time I was located in Florida (which they knew), it would cost less for me to just let them keep the deposit as opposed to filing s lawsuit against them. In short, I highly advise anyone considering living here to reconsider. Unless management has made vast improvements in regards to safety, customer service, and moral standards, stay away. read more

Unfortunately this once luxury living experience has dropped from 5 stars to 1 star since moving in August 2021 due to 2 ridiculous and frustrating changes. When we first moved in, packages were scanned in by the office staff and securely checked into a locked room. A message was sent to your apartment app to let you know your package had arrived. You then simply stopped by to see the office staff who handed you the package. Now you play hide and seek trying to find your package in either an unsecured and disorganized room or sadly find it left sitting out in the lobby, where it is visible from the road. There are no longer alerts so you have no idea when your package has arrived. As of last week, the garbage chutes and recycling bins, originally located on each floor, are now going to be closed. In the new system, you are to put your garbage in the miniature/cheap can shown in the photo between 5-7 on Sunday through Thursday. Then you place your miniature/cheap can in the hallway for it to be picked up. This means no garbage pick up on the weekend and stinky and ugly garbage cans left in the hallways. These cans are found in the hallway at all times, not just between 5-7. For the amount of rent we are paying monthly, this is absurd. Does this sound like Luxury Living to you? read more

We were initially excited to move into Valley and Bloom; now we want to warn others not to be taken by fees, move-in delays, staff, etc. We were set to move in at the end of July, but the date kept being pushed back more and more. We had already submitted our $500 deposit and $83 (x4) application fee and with an agreed upon a later move in date of August 14th. We had already paid over $800 when we found out that there are even more delays, and our move in date was pushed to September 2nd. This is not acceptable, and relocation with our company would not cover any additional nights and V & B made no effort to help. The only way I saw that the date had been changed is that luckily, I went to edit information in the application area online. It has been a tremendous struggle and hassle to get our money back after the deception. If you have a hard date to move in somewhere, I would highly recommend against this place. It has been plagued by building delays since spring of this year, and when we took our tour in July, the place was not even close to being ready. In addition, knowing what I know now, I would not feel comfortable trusting the staff long term and having to deal with minor issues, which I can imagine will turn into headaches for tenants. The location is fantastic, and we were looking forward to living there. Now, we are certainly glad that we found elsewhere to live. My wife, daughter and I loved living here for 2.5 yrs. It is right in the middle of a vibrant downtown area. My daughter thrived here and was able to walk to all her favorite places, including restaurants, concert halls, and of course the high school. As parents we could grab a drink and not have to worry about driving and the choice of restaurants are the best. The staff is excellent, Tracey, who runs the building, consistently gets great people who are friendly, professional and, above all, get things done. The service staff is responsible and efficient. The gyms are clean and the equipment is in very good shape (I loved the treadmills). One big plus is that they allow dogs. I read in another post that the main floor WiFi didn't work well, I didn't find this to be a problem and I would regularly stream video while on the treadmill. You can't go wrong if your considering Valley and Bloom. read more

We first moved into the building 2 years ago and initially loved it. The on-site staff are wonderful. However, the changes implemented by LCOR upper management in past 2 years were all very negative. They removed the lobby coffee machine, demolished front desk and got rid of the concierge attendants which was one of the major reasons why we picked this building, fired the package room attendants (right before the holidays/Black Friday!!!) Now the package room is usually a mess and you may or may not find your package. Most recently they introduced a terrible "Valet living Trash collection" service. This "amenity" is mandatory, we cannot opt out and are forced to pay an additional 25$ per month (on top of the 500$ "amenity fee"). They locked the Trash rooms!!! Now that the hallways are lined with large trash cans and various recyclables and cardboard boxes, the building became far from luxury and quite terrible. This is not only unsightly and smelly but quite dangerous - these trash cans and boxes in hallways are tripping hazards, accessibility issue for EMS/paramedics in case of health emergency, people with allergies (mold, peanuts, etc) watch out since you never know what is in the trash spilling unto the carpets in the hallways. Don't even get me started about the issue of disposing of stinky baby diapers with this "valet service". I used to be able to throw the baby trash throughout the day, now I'm forced to keep it inside the apartment - or leave in hallway, which I don't think my neighbors will appreciate much! Oh, and if you are not following the rules of "proper" trash disposal into the provided containers - you will be fined. Finally, I really don't appreciate this service being imposed on the residents by LCOR without any regard as to what the residents think of it. We are not being listened to and instead are being told that we will "eventually enjoy it". NO. We will be leaving. read more

I recently purchased a home and moved out from V&B after nearly 3 years of living there. I have to say I'm really going to miss it -- I had a great experience. This is due to many factors, but location and the onsite staff are two of the biggest. They are simply phenomenal. The upkeep of the community is meticulous and I've had several issues come up over the years and have always found the staff to be extremely responsive, courteous and professional. I've read some of the negative reviews on here and can say I truly don't understand it as that hasn't been my experience. I would recommend this community to anyone without hesitation. read more

I applied for an apartment in Sept. and took advantage of the special offer that V&B was running at the time, that if you applied within 48 hours of your tour the $95 application fee would be waived. My application was subsequently denied and I'm still, over 3 months later, trying to get my $95 back. I was working with the leasing agent and now the property manager. First they told me the check was mailed and that I should check with the post office--it was never mailed. Then they told me that they re-submitted it and it's on its way. Everyday I tell them it hasn't come and they continue to string me along saying that it will. This is ridiculous and I've lost all patience at this point. It may be a lovely apartment complex, but these are shady business practices. And now I'm out $95 and a lot of time and effort. I'm only giving one star b/c you have to give at least one, but I'd give them a minus-10. read more

My husband, daughter and I lived in Valley and Bloom for almost 6 months. We moved because we bought a home, and were sad to leave Valley and Bloom. I was hesitant about living in a big complex and worried about the level of noise from neighbors, relying on elevators, etc. I'm happy to say that Valley and Bloom was an excellent place to live, and none of the things I was worried about were problematic. First, Valley and Bloom is meticulously maintained. The cleaning crew and maintenance crew was always hard at work. We had no trouble with noise. The only noise, which is to be expected when living in an apartment complex, was noise from folks walking through the hallways on occasion (though our neighbors were very respectful and you could tell everyone was conscious of keeping noise in the hallway to a minimum) and occasional footsteps from the apartment above. We never had to wait long for an elevator, and we were also always able to use common spaces when we wanted to. Everyone who works at the building is awesome and friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the garage, which is not owned/managed by Valley and Bloom's management company, but is a necessary evil if you have a car and live at Valley and Bloom since parking is so tough in the area. There was almost constant work being done with certain floors being closed. It just felt like a pain to have to deal with the parking garage, and I'm glad to be done with it. Something else to note - since management is so on top of taking care of the building, they do charge for damage when you move out, even things that may seem minor. So take good care of your apartment and when you move in, take careful inventory of issues that existed when you got there. All in all, Valley and Bloom is a great place to live and we will miss it! read more

I've lived here since the building opened and I've really enjoyed my time here. Every member of the team that works here is warm and welcoming, and have been so accommodating. The building is kept really clean and they frequently have social activities for the residents. It's an apartment building so noise is to be expected - I didn't find it overly noisy at all. The most noise I heard was actually road noise since I was facing the street, but this isn't a negative reflection of the building. Enjoyed my time here and would have stayed if I wasn't moving out of state! 4 stars is really only based on the price of the apartment, which I attribute to area of cost of living. read more

Two stars because maintenance always came on time, everyone was friendly, the place was super clean and it was a nice modern style. Otherwise I'm aware our neighbor had to be moved because of a rat problem from nearby construction, and most importantly: The things they advertised during our visit like the firepit, never worked and when it did it whistled the entire time. They have a bee problem on the roof of both buildings. The WiFi in the lounge isn't reliable and I couldn't count on it to be working. The lights of the corridor were bright and fluorescent until like 10 or 11pm so I had trouble sleeping at night. Parties with loud music (with resident who maybe rented the space?) and events of the building were out there too, right outside our window. For a friend to come into the building you can't buzz them up, there seems to be a screen to call but it never worked. Parking is another expense and the elevator was always out of service, as well as the stairs constantly under construction. They have rules as far as when they lock the door to the roof. I think 10pm and opens at 8AM? Door to the firepit had "hours" as well. Half the time it was not even unlocked for the day. The door on our side of the building never worked with our key.....stuff like that. I myself couldn't justify living there anymore. Hopefully they've fixed some of that stuff since a few months ago. read more

I called several times but no one answered or returned my voicemail. We were excited to see a model and decided to come in anyways. We arrived at 5:30pm on a Monday after traffic. The receptionist / security right away said it was too late for an appointment. A lady from the leasing office was finishing up with a client, saw us and walked away. We ask the receptionist / security if it was possible to just see the model. He walked towards her and her response was...that she had a lot of paperwork to get to. She did not even welcome us to the office. The receptionist / security redirected us to the website several times before we left. I understand we came in late but the minimum should have been to welcome us into the leasing office and book an appointment for another day, since I called several times prior to coming in and no one answered. Building/Apartments/Amenities - Beautiful and modern. Rent is on the higher end for the amount of space, but you get what you pay for. Apartment homes are solid all around. Hardwood floors through out that don't creak, soft close cabinets, white and stainless everything! Neighborhood/ Neighbors - Plenty of restaurants if you don't want to cook. Everything is within walking distance. Neighbors seem polite, friendly, and go on about their own business - guess everyone needs to work off that rent! Looks like the median age of tenants are between 25-35 +. Staff - Besides Tracey and Neil, the staff needs a crash course in hospitality. There is a certain type of smugness in the air when you enter the lobby. It's the same feeling you get when you walk into a designer store and no one wants to help you. I get that this is a high end luxury type of place, but the other staff members give off the vibe of, "you can't afford the rent." Before moving in (yes I can afford the rent), I visited Valley and Bloom several times. Not once on those visits was I acknowledged by the staff while I waited for Tracey to finish with other clients. The two women in the office were either taking selfies, walking in and out of the building to make a call, or just talking between themselves. There was no hello, an offer of water, or any other attempt made to make me feel welcomed. I would still recommend living here based solely on the beautiful apartment homes and the convenience of downtown Montclair. Recommendation to staff: The residents and all future residents contribute to your salary. Treat everyone like they have a million dollars to blow. Just because the place is upscale, doesn't mean your nose should be held upscale too. Humbleness goes a very long way. read more

Had a blissful year living at Valley & Bloom after moving from London, UK. Super friendly Management Office are always on hand to assist, the maintenance team & the cleaning of communal areas were excellent. Apartments have great storage & high quality appliances. The location is fantastic for restaurants, Wholefoods & the 66 bus direct into Manhattan is almost on the doorstep. The 2 gyms are well equipped & never too busy. This development had everything we could have wished for & was run by a professional but relaxed & welcoming team. Loved it and if we return to Montclair this is our first choice. read more

I was among the first families to move into Valley & Bloom and after reading so many negative reviews about my home i had to step up and share my experiences. I will start with the office staff from day 1 they have gone above and beyond on our move in day the movers we hired were not only late but thee slowest movers ( that's another review at another time) because of that we arrived 4 hours after our scheduled time i thought for sure this would be a problem but upon arrival we were greeted with a "Welcome Home" a gift and suggestions on food delivery! The building itself is well kept its a new building so everything still has that 1st day look and feel. I can not count the number of events the staff has thrown for us It seems like every week there is an event happening in the lobby with food and drink. My apartment is way bigger then the place we moved from in the city and the view of the city was worth the move. The city of Montclair in my opinion is a hidden gem almost everything i want or need is in walking distance something i did not want to lose moving from the city. I have never written a review before but i was on here looking for dining suggestions and did a look up on my building and just thought i wanted to add my three cents.
