Moss Busters are great! The folks I had communicated with throughout the process (Keaton and Drew)…read morewere awesome. As a new homeowner, I appreciated their knowledge and help. They were friendly, too! I highly recommend them and I will certainly be giving them my business in the future. I hired them to do roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss-prevention treatment. And to me, the price was fair and affordable. Again, I'm a new homeowner and this was the first time I ever had to do this... so even if what I paid was too much (I wouldn't know), I don't care because their stellar customer alone was worth every penny. Thanks, Moss Busters! I'll see you again in September!

The thing I like about Mossbusters is they don't just knock off the big pieces of moss from your…read moreroof and apply the moss inhibitor powder like the rest but they actually take care of 99% of the moss. When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

First off let me first say that I am a stickler when it comes to business professionalism and their conduct and responsiveness and this company absolutely exceeded every expectation I could have had. Ramon is a delight and a pleasure to work with he is professional, responsive, upfront very transparent and gives you any kind of option that you might need to get the project done. He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area. Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. I hope that he adds this to his website because it's definitely a service that is to be recommended and commended. Services: Power/pressure washing, Gutter cleaning, Roof replacement

I had an active roof leak and needed help quickly, and their team was responsive, professional, and reassuring from the start. Juan spent an hour with me evaluating all of my various options, advising me that replacing my entire roof was in my best interest due to the leakage and poor craftsmanship of the entire roof (I had already had my roof patched a few times before). He had more members of his team take a look as well and give their opinions. Other roofers offered to patch up the hole, but once the whole roof was torn off, it was discovered, like Juan guessed, that there was more damage underneath than previously thought. The wood was rotting and the trusses were warping due to all the excess weight from two layers of roofing and long term water damage. Juan and his team replaced plywood, added additional support to the trusses and made sure the entire job was done right. Also, they provided a fair and transparent estimate, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the entire job in just two days! They brought out 12 guys and had two layers of my roof torn off an then replace so fast! They got it all done right before the atmospheric river came through. The quality of their work and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. They even came out a few days later to do another inspection to make sure nothing was missed and they spray painted all pipes and hardware to make sure it matched my new black roof color. I'm very grateful for their prompt service and would highly recommend Country Roads Roofing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality roofing work. We've lived in our home for 9 years and this roof has been a nightmare the entire time, but not any longer! We are so thankful and I know it sounds cheesy, but I actually feel like I made a friend.
