no payne roofing installed shingles and replaced some flashing on our home in sept of 2020. in sept…read moreof 2021 there was a major leak when it rained. mike sent his employee to repair it and i believe it worked for a while until it started leaking in the exact same spot again in may of 2024. mike sent employees multiple times to try and fix the issue but they did not and the roof continued to leak every time it rained from may 2024 to the end of july 2024 when i hired another roofing company that actually fixed the roof. now it has rained multiple times and there has been no issue. i also received a report from the roofer i hired that outlines what the issue was and that it was a result of the poor workmanship of no payne roofing. the tenants had the hastle of living in a home that leaks and has big hole in the celing and a leaking roof for 3 months. the full repair was completed on aug 1, 2024 we bought the house in 2014 and there were zero leaks in the roof anywhere we had the roof replaced and it leaked less than a year later then again in the exact same spot. i repaired the ceiling the first time at my expense and was not compensated for it but i let it go but this time mike payne has refused to be reasonable and repair his mistakes. he has constantly blamed the leak on windows that have never leaked. the windows have condensation on them when it is cold but the only time there was wather pouring from the ceiling was when it was raining and that stopped as soon as i had the new roofer fix the roof. they did not touch the windows and there has been a lot of rain since it was repaired and there has been zero issues. also the window sils are completely dry now and when water was pouring out of the ceiling so it is not possible for the problem to be the windows. i have receipts, photos, video and a report proving no payne roofing was negligent and did not install the roof properly which resulted in the leak and damage.

I had never been through this process before and Kim offered to help me with any advice I wanted, even if I didn't choose Premier Exteriors to do the work. There were many little things that I needed clarity on and Kim happily offered me information. The company that did the original insurance appraisal never did call me to follow up and see if I wanted them to do the work. I began to feel very confident in what Premier Exterior Solutions had to offer so I asked Kim for an estimate. Roger came to my house and did many measurements and advised me that he would get a completed estimate to me within a day or two. Roger was sure that the original estimate for siding was way off and that the original estimator had not included one side of the house. Roger and Kim worked at getting an Eagle View to substantiate Roger's findings and sent the updated estimate figures to the insurance company. Once the new numbers were agreed upon by the insurance company, Roger came and spent time explaining the different shingles and siding colors and options available to me. I decided on what I wanted and the material were ordered. As soon as the materials were in, workers came to my house and did the roof first, then the siding and then the gutters. Every worker was conscientious and respectful. The roofers laid out tarps all around the house while they worked on the shingles. At the end of the day, all the tarps and equipment was put away. There was never a mess left when the workers weren't there working. Every worker did an outstanding job and my house looks great! Throughout the entire process, Kim and Roger kept me up to date on the timelines for the work. I always felt I knew what was happening. I highly recommend Premier Exteriors for any exterior work!!!
