no payne roofing installed shingles and replaced some flashing on our home in sept of 2020. in sept…read moreof 2021 there was a major leak when it rained. mike sent his employee to repair it and i believe it worked for a while until it started leaking in the exact same spot again in may of 2024. mike sent employees multiple times to try and fix the issue but they did not and the roof continued to leak every time it rained from may 2024 to the end of july 2024 when i hired another roofing company that actually fixed the roof. now it has rained multiple times and there has been no issue. i also received a report from the roofer i hired that outlines what the issue was and that it was a result of the poor workmanship of no payne roofing. the tenants had the hastle of living in a home that leaks and has big hole in the celing and a leaking roof for 3 months. the full repair was completed on aug 1, 2024 we bought the house in 2014 and there were zero leaks in the roof anywhere we had the roof replaced and it leaked less than a year later then again in the exact same spot. i repaired the ceiling the first time at my expense and was not compensated for it but i let it go but this time mike payne has refused to be reasonable and repair his mistakes. he has constantly blamed the leak on windows that have never leaked. the windows have condensation on them when it is cold but the only time there was wather pouring from the ceiling was when it was raining and that stopped as soon as i had the new roofer fix the roof. they did not touch the windows and there has been a lot of rain since it was repaired and there has been zero issues. also the window sils are completely dry now and when water was pouring out of the ceiling so it is not possible for the problem to be the windows. i have receipts, photos, video and a report proving no payne roofing was negligent and did not install the roof properly which resulted in the leak and damage.

I hired Stalwart after having 3 reviews done on my roof and receiving a personal phone call from…read morethe owner. I have to say this is what sold me as Aaron is a pleasure to deal with and patient with any questions although I have never met him in person. I communicated several times via email and always received a prompt answer. They even cut a hole for a suntube that I was installing myself and mounted the flange for me. The quote included a $250 deposit for possible rot repair of which only half was used so my final bill came in under the quote!! The crew was a mixture of hired help and tradesmen and I was quickly able to determine who was the go to guy while on site. He was a pleasure to deal with andhe performed the hard to complete tasks including the flashing and ridge vent. After the work was done a final inspection was performed and a couple days later I received an invoice. About a week later a couple guys appeared and went on my roof with a tarp and did some final checks including cleaning my gutters as the weather was not appropriate when the final inspection was done.
