So, he showed up early in the morning and woke me up ringing my doorbell and when I didn't answer he phoned saying he was there. Annoying but he took his measurements and emailed the quote. It was much higher than I was expecting for gutter guards and it said they would "remove and reinstall". This is not necessary to simply install guards. They also promised a senior's discount which was mentioned on the quote but "forgot" to include it in the cost. I also asked for a quote for window cleaning and power washing. Strangely enough, the amount was exactly the same as the quote for the gutter guards. This is either highly suspicious or a sign of incompetence. I told them to stay away.

After reaching out to about 20 roofing companies, we finally came across Mike. We needed gutter repairs on a roof that was installed about four years ago. Out of the 20 companies, only 5 responded. Three of them gave us estimates just by looking at our address on Google Maps. One even quoted the price for a completely new roof. Another company asked us to take photos of the issue, despite knowing that we have a two-story house, which made that difficult. Mike, however, was the only one who called to schedule an appointment to inspect the problem in person. I was really impressed when he not only took photos but also used a hose to pour water on the roof to make sure he fully understood the issue before giving us an estimate. I immediately knew he was the right person for the job. At that point, I wasn't even concerned about the price because I knew it would be fair for the work required. As promised, he came today and completed the job professionally, efficiently, and quickly. I highly recommend Mike, not just as a skilled professional, but also as someone you can completely trust throughout the entire process. Many thanks and cheers, Mike! read more

Mike was on time for the quote appointment. He understood my financial limitations and did not try to upsell me - at all. He took the time to debunk some claims by other gutter repair companies in terms of the size of my gutters and what was actually needed to fix my issues and was the only one who got on my roof, poured water down etc to understand the leaking issues. He was by far the most affordable and only fixed what was broken. He took the time to point out some other issues that would need to be addressed in the future but were not critical issues now. He took before and after photos to verify the issue and the completion of the work. He showed up to do the repair as promised and left absolutely no mess. Mike was very efficient, professional and really easy to deal with. When it rained again, all my leaks were fixed! I would absolutely recommend Mike. Although the scope he performed was limited, it's clear he cares enough and is talented enough to be trusted with any type of gutter repair/install. read more
