no payne roofing installed shingles and replaced some flashing on our home in sept of 2020. in sept…read moreof 2021 there was a major leak when it rained. mike sent his employee to repair it and i believe it worked for a while until it started leaking in the exact same spot again in may of 2024. mike sent employees multiple times to try and fix the issue but they did not and the roof continued to leak every time it rained from may 2024 to the end of july 2024 when i hired another roofing company that actually fixed the roof. now it has rained multiple times and there has been no issue. i also received a report from the roofer i hired that outlines what the issue was and that it was a result of the poor workmanship of no payne roofing. the tenants had the hastle of living in a home that leaks and has big hole in the celing and a leaking roof for 3 months. the full repair was completed on aug 1, 2024 we bought the house in 2014 and there were zero leaks in the roof anywhere we had the roof replaced and it leaked less than a year later then again in the exact same spot. i repaired the ceiling the first time at my expense and was not compensated for it but i let it go but this time mike payne has refused to be reasonable and repair his mistakes. he has constantly blamed the leak on windows that have never leaked. the windows have condensation on them when it is cold but the only time there was wather pouring from the ceiling was when it was raining and that stopped as soon as i had the new roofer fix the roof. they did not touch the windows and there has been a lot of rain since it was repaired and there has been zero issues. also the window sils are completely dry now and when water was pouring out of the ceiling so it is not possible for the problem to be the windows. i have receipts, photos, video and a report proving no payne roofing was negligent and did not install the roof properly which resulted in the leak and damage.

No, no--she threatened me with it. "If you don't act now," she said, in the tone of a woman who's read The Art of the Deal and thought it was a cookbook, "the promotion ends TODAY." What promotion? Agreed to purchase a used unit that according to "Ryan" was the same output as the old one & lightly used/almost new. Cost $1300 plus $500 installation. It seemed ok once in, but quickly it appeared to be lacking in heat output. Once I downloaded a manual it was discovered that this unit was only around half of the BTU's of the old one & was at least 17 years old. A couple of days later the fan stopped working. When informed of the data "Ryan" completely denied these facts presenting spurious excuses & double talk. He refused any remediation other than to put $1300 to a new unit priced at $7000. A similar unit cost $5000 at actual dealers. When replaced by a reputable service person, it was observed that the "Ryan" install was a mess of wires & shoddy gas connections. Heritage quality furniture was damaged and bedroom lamps I've owned since the 70's were smashed. Discussions with the management led nowhere, they would only do the bare minimum to address my concerns, despite having utilized the company over many years. If you value your belongings, look elsewhere. Most definitely NOT recommended. They offered some pablum excuses about not taking the damage insurance and that we had packed ourselves. Guess what Premiere- I have moved 12-15 times in my life and ALWAYS packed myself, with NO damage EVER. Premiere should have stepped up as I have been an EXCELLENT client, but instead they use the tepid "no insurance" excuse. If I had known the damage that occurred, I would have asked for the full insurance, I just never thought they would damage my furniture so thoroughly. It's the one job they excelled at.

The only problem that time was they didn't measure correctly and left us with tack strip exposed on our stairs for several days. This time, I had to continuously be the person to contact them for an update. Also, after one date was cancelled because I was working a night shift, the salesman never contacted the installer to cancel. They showed up and woke me. The installed then asked if he could come the following Saturday to do the install to which I agreed. After waiting until noon, on Saturday, I contacted the salesman again to see when they were arriving. He said he'd let me know. The installer called sometime later to say that he had made other plans. This again was never communicated. We will look elsewhere in the future. None of this was ever addressed before asking for the final payment, which was the only prompt thing that I didn't have to initialize the conversation on. No apologies nor adjustment of the final cost for inconvenience.
