I can't ever remember being so impressed by a company's service. Jason and his crew kept in touch…read morewith me as we waited for warm enough weather for exterior window washing. When that finally came, they were here on time, and took less than two hours to do the exterior AND interior windows. The windows had looked so filthy, so long, especially in the late afternoon when the sun was shining directly in. Now we have sparkling-clear glass and can enjoy our mountain view again. When the invoice came I was literally shocked at how little it cost. Way below his estimate. I have washed my last window in this house. We will be having Jason and his crew out on a regular basis so I don't have to do this anymore. I give these guys SIX stars out of 5!

She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my realtor's and I satisfaction. Promptly returned calls and e-mails. Seemed very honest and was just great to deal with. Made the process easy. Dean- Great guy, with greater taste. He helped me pick and choose interior things, and as a single dude with less-than-fancy eye for things, he helped me choose the right things. In the first walk through, he was showing me and my friends all the rooms, and even took care of a bad piece of stud that we caught. Tell him to get his butt back in the gym, cuz I haven't seen him there in a while! Construction Supervisor- I forgot this gentleman's name, but when I suspected a leaking roof, he brought his team and took their time to fully, and properly inspect it. It turned out to be a stain of some sort. But what a relief! Thanks to your hard working employees. Rachel- You have the best person for the job in the warranty and service department. Really easy to deal with, always returned my e-mails in a decent time. Took my concerns very seriously and made sure the work was done. Followed up with repairs, and genuinely seemed like she cared. Informative when I did the walk around. When these concerns are dealt with seriously, you feel peace-of-mind. Garret- Cool dude that did the smaller repairs. Always on time! Friendly. Thanks man! Please give all your employees raises. Cheers! Eduardo Miller

When Dave arrived, we outlined what we had in mind and he quickly provided additional suggestions on how our ideas could be made reality. Our estimate arrived later that day which was really helpful. Dave was quick to answer any additional questions we had and was mindful of our budget. We were reassured in knowing that we were meeting with the company owner to get our free quote. After we decided to proceed with Chinook, they gave us a timeline for the project and then surprised us when they were able to start much much earlier than anticipated. The foreman, James, and his team worked quickly and efficiently on the project, achieving more per day than we expected. Despite being a relatively small project, they completed all work in just under 4 days. James and his guys were friendly, polite, and respectful; James was able to answer any questions we had and provide further suggestions for what to plant. After everything was done, James went over how to maintain our new landscape and had helpful tips about what to do.
