He said he would speak to the office to get a reduction on the bill. He then told us he had "finished" the work, but we had to point out several windows that he hadn't even touched, which he then went back and did. Invoice arrived, and was for the full amount - when queried, they denied ever saying they would do the skylights, and after a fashion begrudgngly offered a $20 discount. Poor service all round, and will not be using again.
