Epic roofing took care of all the repairs to the damaged windows, roofing and siding. I found Tyson Toth and Aaron Tombe a true pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. Years later in spring of 2021 a windstorm blew off some of the siding and the fascia. One phone call to their Service project Coordinator, Allison Hillaby is all it took to get some action. They held to their guarantee and workmanship from six years ago with absolutely no qualms or resistance. Therefore, I am happy to post a review and understand why they have such great online presence. If I could give them a 7 out of 5 stars, I would!

Booked…read moretheir service post inspection by their guy for September. material delivered 3 days after and installation has to happen within 15 days. Material arrived a day later as per schedule. Not a big deal. 2. Installation didn't happen in 15 days, no communication. After that received a message twice that it will begin the other day, but no one turned up and no one informed either. -- Unprofessional 3. I started following up with sales guy and company. Sales guy, by mistake sent me an internal mail where he referred me in Not-So-Friendly manner. I kept my cool. -- Rude 4. Finally turned in November 1st week only to tell me that they cant complete because of lack of labor and snow on the roof. Finally scheduled and came for installation in November last week. Despite snow on the roof, asked me to trust them (biggest mistake) and gave me in writing that company will be responsible for any damage to home and personal. Started roof work. -- Tardy 5. I was told they will be putting up tarps and cleaning everything using magnet for nails leaving no mess behind. Yet i noticed only my driveway was covered with tarp, ran their truck right till my front door (on my front lawn) while there was hardly any tarp anywhere else. When asked, I was told they would do proper cleanup. I will let the pics speak for themselves for the rest. -- Not trustworthy 6. Within 1 month of installation, my kitchen chimney started leaking heavily (this is renovated home and inspected twice within 12 months of this service, no complaints of attic rain either) We discovered, the kitchen vent pipe was cut and was blowing air in attic which caused icicles formation in the attic and condensation across roof. Called in, but no response. -- Irresponsible 7. Next day an inspector comes in and he confirmed that probably while installing the roof, they accidently cut the vent pipe. We found similar condition in garage where pipe was not even connected to vent and was left wide open. Resulting in heavy attic rain and huge icicles formation. he applied duct tape as temporary solution -- Lethargic attitude 8. Then starts a long and tiring conversation with these guys to make them understand that they caused this. instead they came with heavy lectures about attic rain and absolutely disgust behavior of talking rudely and ignoring you. -- Worst After Service 9. After months of followup, they send in a guy only to remove duct tape and put rubber bands. Ill let the pic speak for itself. On demanding a proper fix, i was ignored and threatened. -- Goons I m sure to sue them if any of the metal pins or any other debris hurt my kids or anyone on my property. Also i took a loan to get a better roof, but all i got was months of horrible experience and probably more troubles. If you ever want to consider them for any service, better burn that money and that way it will be less painful. Horrible and worst business people I ever came across.
