I will never forget her taking 20 minutes training to help get our particularly skittish Mustang mare vaccinated a few months after she was adopted. They've been great with my cats & my roommates dog as well. I have had several vets see them for their check-ins and everyone is fantastic. The prices are about average for the area, though their farm trip rate are cheaper than some of the neighboring vets travel rates. I also have to give a quick shout out to Joe & Mary - they are fantastic and always so friendly & helpful.

Orchestrated by groomer Naomie, the sessions were a complete disaster as my dog's coat was brutally butchered, stripping away the top layer and leaving only the white undercoat. It's disheartening to realize that, even after two years, the top coat has failed to regain its former glory due to the sheer incompetence performed by this groomer at Living Springs . The photos, left to right over a year later five months after two months before Of course, this clinic will pass accountability and recommend seeing a vet as if I have sat on this for years, have yet to test, and have yet to reach out to experts across this state. Despite subjecting the dog to a full blood panel, including a comprehensive thyroid examination every six months across three different clinics, the results came back normal and healthy, and the dog remains highly active. The only sign of any endocrine symptoms is exactly what Naomie physically did to this poor animal. Upon inspection of the dog, my groomer, who is highly competent and has expertise working with double-coated breeds, instantly raised serious questions about the drastic change and the physical disappearance of the top coat. My groomer questioned the tools Living Springs employed on the dog. My groomer said she would never engage in such aggressive grooming over two days as this clinic did. Stating the "lack of a substantial gap between sessions is not just a red flag; it's a glaring sign of negligence and incompetence." I couldn't agree more. . I welcome this clinic to showcase before and after pictures of their handiwork. It is truly disgraceful what Living Springs did.

What would I have done without Jenny?!? By unforseen circumstances we found ourselves with an…read moreabused and abandoned puppy mill puppy. His behavior and fear far exceeded anything I could manage on my own, as nothing I did worked to help the Pup out. A friend of mine recommended Jenny. Jenny was amazing and God sent!!!! She supported me and gave me a lot of information on what to do to get our new found puppy to feel safe and come out of his shell. Through her walking me through what to do, contacting me to see how its going and her positive words the whole time, she was the catalyst for this puppy's recovery. Our new puppy went from being scared of us, Peeing himself when we were near and hiding in corners, to comming when I call, snuggling with me and playing all day long with his toys and our other dogs. He went from being the most sad soul I have ever met and transformed into a goofy and silly sweet boy. I accredit this to Jenny's information and guidance. He was a very extreme situation and it took a different approach and a level of understanding to get him to the place he is in now. Jenny comes highly recommended by myself and I would use her for any of my dogs or for any future needs because she is absolutely amazing!!! She is compassionate, caring, patient and you can you can tell she loves dogs with every fiber of her being!!!

The adoption process was simple, straightforward, and incredibly informative, which made everything feel comfortable and well-supported from the start. From the moment you arrive, you can immediately sense how deeply these animals are loved and cared for. The facility is spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Every donkey there appears healthy, happy, and clearly cherished. What has meant the most to me, though, is the ongoing support I've received since welcoming the girls to their new home. Whenever I have questions, I feel completely comfortable reaching out for help and advice. It's clear that LDS's commitment doesn't end at adoption -- they truly care about these amazing animals and the families who welcome them. Thank you, LDS, for everything you do! Don't be surprised if you see me again soon -- I just might be back to adopt another pair.

Kathy E. Dean, President of this donkey rescue doesn't actually adopt donkeys out to well…read morequalified, loving homes. After doing some research in my community, I learned that very often for unfounded and unsubstantiated reasons Kathy will "close a matter" as she puts it and not allow an adoption to take place. Sadly, I heard a story where a long time volunteer wasn't even allowed to adopt one of these donkeys. One woman I spoke to said, she is aware of over 10 instances were Kathy has done something very similar to potential adopters. This is a very cruel pattern. She truly is doing a disservice to these animals. Her priority is NOT finding these animals loving homes where they are the center of love and attention. Kathy lead me to believe my adoptin was going through. Although I confirmed with my farrier and veterinarian that she never reached out to either one of them for reference. For weeks I was led to believe that this donkey was coming to live at my ranch, I should've known better when she didn't reach out to my references. It's a very unfortunate situation for those who find themselves emotionally invested in their potential adoptee only to have the rug jerked out from under them. If you want to go and see the donkeys or donate be my guest. The donkeys are well cared for, so it appears. The volunteers seem very capable and caring. I had a few questions about the contract and payment method which prompted her to say this "matter is closed". I guess it could have been a worse situation as described to me by other people who have dealt with Kathy. In short I'm not getting my donkey for whatever frivolous and prejudice reason she came up with. I spent 20 years in broadcasting as a TV journalist in major markets and have worked with countless rescues and animal shelters, never have I had an experience that was so disheartening and unprofessional as this one. I would say approach this place with the upmost caution if you are looking to adopt a donkey. Kathy will play with your emotions, tug at your heart strings and prevent you from adopting your chosen animal.

Kerry M. was our vet and she walked us through every step, educated us, was patient, and was so kind to Iverson and us. I had to cancel the first appointment because I was not ready to say goodbye. They offer a cancellation window up to 4 hours before your appointment and allow you to carry over your deposit to when you reschedule, with no extra fee. So thankful for this understanding. The cost may feel steep, but the in-home service is so so worth it. Iverson had his last meal while the pain meds were administered. It was a distraction where he didn't even notice. He felt safe and comfortable in his home, surrounded by family and on his favorite couch. He was then given a sedation medicine where he drifted into a nap on my chest. When the final medicine was given, he felt no pain as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I have heard horror stories from other in home service companies. I had 3 friends use Caring Pathways and that is why we went with them. I am so grateful and thankful that we chose to work with Caring Pathways. It helps with acceptance and closure and provides a peaceful passing. I will forever recommend them to other family and friends who need to say goodbye to a family pet member.

To me, this was worth the higher price you pay- rather than going to the vet to do this.
