5/22 Friday night at 11:11 pm, the lady that was working at the gas station was being a "fill in…read morethe blank with all the negative words you can describe". I came here wanting to get gas and get a car wash. Since most places don't provide the wash service at night so I knocked on the glass door a couple of times GENTLY and get the lady's attention. She looked at me without any saying anything or without any expression like shes emotionless. Fine, I don't mind because at least I got her attention. I asked "is the car wash service still available?" She looked at me without any response or emotion again for at least 5 seconds and shaked her head like that was a dumb question. I asked her again a second time and she stared at me again like i asked a dumb question. Hey, if you dont want to do your job or dont like your job, someone out there wants the opportunity. Lady, if you are the boss / owner / manager, shame on you. If you are an employee, i hope you get fired or the owner see this and fix her face and attitude.

The cheese typically flows well for the nachos, the selection of fountain drinks is amazing. Where do you go from here...yes they have hot dogs, donuts and chicken sandwiches. Gas prices are at a record high this year, especially with the Summer blend. At Costco, the prices…read moreare lower than other brands. With that said, I was in the City of Industry that has many stores and restaurants in the area. This gas station is right-off the 60 Freeway, it is easy to exit, fill your tank, and get back on your route. The main street is Azusa Avenue, enter Mall parking lot, the gas station entrance is on Hanover Street. I only waited about 10 minutes in line at 8:30 on a Monday morning. The area was clean, employees were available to direct traffic and answer questions if assistance was needed. Sincerely, Rosemary

This Costco Gas location is probably the least confusing one in Los Angeles County. Lol. You go…read morestraight in the driveway from Hanover Road. No confusing markers, no ridiculous barriers even it might still be needed. I like this location better than the Alhambra one. However, the biggest problem I see here is each lane only has two pumps. The other locations have three and/or even four pumps. There is still space to add another pump here, but i don't know why they haven't done it. The too few pumps here only makes it even slower than usual, unless they're not busy... which is highly rare. All the Costco Gas prices are pretty much the same in every location. Basically it's the accessibility and the wait has everything to do about it. Costco Gas has become so popular that something should be done to make it even more efficient for its consumers. Jusy saying.

Okay so this review is for the Car Wash at the Shell. I'm sure the gas station itself is just fine…read moreas every Shell is pretty standard. I stopped by to get a quick car wash on the way home and drove up to the machine. It looked extremely outdated with graffiti all over it... and a slot for card payment was no where to be found. It only accepts cash in exact payment! And nowhere was there a sign that said cash only or machine out of order. Because that's really what it was. When I tried selecting Car Wash type, it wouldn't even let me select the car wash. So now I was stuck... instead of driving through the car wash (I didn't want to risk driving over spikes since the machine wasn't letting me pay), I had to reverse out of a very narrow and windy drive way. What a waste of time and effort! I've used several drive through car washes at Shell and this was just a failure. Avoid at all cost.

The other one would be in the high desert near the 15 Fwy. It's not a very huge gas station... about 16 pumps with a small food/snack mart in the middle. Exterior lot was clean. Lots of space to enter and exit the gas station area. They weren't super busy at the time. Gas prices were a bit higher than the other Walmart gas. I still filled up my car gas tank to full.
