The main street is Azusa Avenue, enter Mall parking lot, the gas station entrance is on Hanover Street. I only waited about 10 minutes in line at 8:30 on a Monday morning. I stopped by to get a quick car wash on the way home and drove up to the machine. It looked extremely outdated with graffiti all over it... and a slot for card payment was no where to be found. It only accepts cash in exact payment! And nowhere was there a sign that said cash only or machine out of order. Because that's really what it was. When I tried selecting Car Wash type, it wouldn't even let me select the car wash. So now I was stuck... instead of driving through the car wash (I didn't want to risk driving over spikes since the machine wasn't letting me pay), I had to reverse out of a very narrow and windy drive way. What a waste of time and effort! I've used several drive through car washes at Shell and this was just a failure. Avoid at all cost.
