Arco just installed a fresh car wash system in their gas station. Great timing! The other express carwash started to raise their price, which was not very super. This one has a lower price and the quality of the wash for the basic is pretty good. I will make this my new car wash spot. read more

Decided to drop by since they were advertising free car washes to celebrate the grand opening of their express car wash at around 4:30pm on a Sunday. Was turned away and they said that they're closed! Even though online they say the car wash is open until 7:00 (as well as on the promotion online). Called and they said they were closed and would reopen regular hours the following day. Only problem is their promotion ends that day. Terrible and very dishonest way to run a promotion, especially in refusing to honor it during open hours as advertised. Any positive reviews are probably only here because the car wash was free. I'd recommend being just a regular business and honoring their word. read more

Ok, since I'm on a tangent now about gas stations, I might as well give my two cents about this place. This gas station is horrible! I hate the layout, I hate the pumps, and I really don't like anything about this place aside from the prices. This is the worst gas station I've ever been to BY FAR! I've been here a few times out of necessity, and I really hope I don't find myself back here any time soon. 1. Twice I've been duped into a pump that is either out of order, or takes 20 minutes to process a single button. One machine processed my key pad choices so slowly that I vowed to never again come here. 2. Overly crowded. Is everyone on earth trying to get gas at this one location?! 3. Awkward set-up allowing cars to get boxed in. True story, I pulled into the middle pump one time, and got boxed in by two other cars for 10 minutes. What the heck. 4. Getting out of here is a nightmare. Congestion, busy streets... utter chaos. The list goes on... If you can, I highly recommend avoiding this gas station at all costs. It may seem cheap, but you will pay the price once lured inside dealing with all of the inconveniences. I'm normally a fan of ARCO gas stations, but not this one. Sorry. read more

Carwash was good and service seemed to be going alright. I tipped the guy and left the facility. I looked down at my coin stack and more than half of my fully stacked quarters were gone. I knew it had to be from the wash because they opened the plastic wrap I had around. I always used this car wash service, but I will never go back to this place. If you decide to go here, please hide all your belongings. I really thought I could trust my local service, but it sucks when you have to be on the guard even back at home. read more

Why is all the Arco have poor rating and horrible customer service. This Arco on Nogales is the worst. My kid wanted a slurpee. I walked in with my mask covid19 and he was not required to wear one by LA County. The cashier freak out like a zombie walk-in. Customers advised her, kids don't need to wear mask. she told me I could come in but he can't go in the store. She was lucky I didn't want to make a scene in front of my kid. I told him we go somewhere else to get it. I would never go back to this inadequate Arco station. There's a reason why I never put Arco gas in my car. Horrible gas with useless customer service .... Cheap gas(at times), but pump side ATM machines are hit and miss if they work or not (not good if you have kids). None of the workers seem to know up from down. Finally after many times of having problems with ATM'S I decided to talk to a manager. Maria (manager) came out and when I explained this to her she did not know that I was taking about. According to her they all worked, but would not walk out to a pump to show me why they would not work for ME! When asked how I could speak to the regional manager she said she was the MANAGER the franchise owner did not speak with customers. Unless you have cash and don't mind walking inside stay away from this spot and hit Costco gas. read more

Rude customer service. They're only nice to customers or people that they know. There's always a long line to pay, only one register open. Gas price is not cheap, it's the same as others This is the second time I go in and they don't have chocolate chip cookies. I don't think they make them daily or they run out quick because I've stopped by at 8am and they only have the stale looking sugar cookies. Today I accidentally gave the cashier the wrong pump number after waiting a good 5 mins to pay. As I walked out I noticed I had given the wrong # so I ran back and notified the cashier. I also notified the guy at the pump because he was shocked that the pump had stopped. I noticed that he had his wallet and card in his hand so I assumed that he was pumping gas that he paid for. When I began putting gas I noticed that the pump stopped before what I had paid so went back in for my refund. I waited until 3 people were helped and then the male cashier states that because I gave them the wrong # the guy at the pump had pumped gas and they discounted that from my amount paid and there was nothing they can do because it was my fault. So why didn't the cashier say anything to me when I notified her about the mistake? And why didn't they tell me when they saw me getting in line to notify them since they already knew what happened? I had already wasted my time going in for cookies and there wasn't any available then I waited in line for mins because the cashier was baking pastries and there was about 6-7 people in line waiting for her. I think I spent over 20mins here just to pump gas. I don't recommend this place if you're running short on time. If you go in for a snack be prepared to wait a while to pay. The chocolate chip cookies are good but you're lucky if you get any. read more

Came here for a car wash. My car had bird poop and who knows what else on it. It took everything off, except for the water... but there's people who actually spray your car in the beginning and dry it afterwards with their hands. Pretty awesome for $5. Even though my car wasn't completely dry, but I do give them props for the effort! read more

I just pulled into this Express Car Wash, to find out that now because I drive for Lyft part-time, I am being charged $79.99 a month for Express Car Wash! This is such BS! If you are ready to get ripped off, this is the perfect place to go, service literally messed up by putting gas money in a different pump that i had requested and on top of if, they were blaming me for it, however i spoke to one of their managers which apologized and offer to refund the $ 25.00 USD that they took from me, which never happened. Walked in late at night because I thought it was 24/7. The double doors open and no one at the front. I start shopping around for something to eat and the guy yells over that they're closed. The fact that I can write a review before the machine finishes processing my debit card and before it asks for my PIN number says something about their system. It's slow and sometimes it feels nonfunctional. This place needs a major upgrade on their technology as of right now the machine isn't done processing my card. read more

Very poor service. Got an express wash. They did a crap drying job. Dried dirty spots that didn't come off in wash and the guy didn't even bother to wipe it clean when drying it. When I asked him to wipe it, he left. I had to go get him and he refused and called a mgr. The mgr said drying your car is a COURTESY! Wth? So if you go here, don't expect them to dry your car. You bought a WASH...didn't know I had to purchase the DRYNG option. Don't tip them, they don't deserve it. read more
