Very shortly after that a lady ran out after us and gave us a Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade for my son. He was super ecstatic and happy. Then, I went inside to use the restroom. The restrooms were shut down and I asked the manager why. He became incensed and started yelling at me and told me to never come back again. He was especially angry that I would photograph the not-working bathrooms. I noted that I was a customer and in fact just filled my car with gas, but he insisted I was not a customer. I can't recall ever having a manager yell at me. I'm pretty sure this type of behavior is not authorized by the parent company. It will be instructive to see how the parent company responds.
